The incident took place in Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh, and came to light on the morning of July 8, 2026, when police received alerts regarding an injured individual. Authorities promptly arrived on the scene and found Sanjeev Tiwari in critical condition.

The police acted swiftly to transport Tiwari to the district hospital for immediate medical attention. Medical staff provided initial treatment but ultimately referred him to a hospital in Kanpur due to the severity of his injuries. Doctors indicated that he had sustained significant head trauma.
