The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially released the results of the written examination for the UP Police Constable Recruitment 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 32,679 positions for Civil Police Constables and equivalent roles. Candidates who appeared for the examination can view their results by visiting the official website of the UPPRPB, utilising their registration number and date of birth for access.

High Number of Candidates Qualify

According to the UPPRPB, more than 76,000 candidates have successfully passed the written examination and are now eligible to move on to the subsequent phases of the recruitment process. This substantial number reflects the high level of interest in the Constable positions within the Uttar Pradesh Police. Following this stage, candidates will need to participate in further assessments as part of the recruitment progress.

The upcoming Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are set to commence on August 17, 2026, allowing candidates who cleared the written examination to participate. These tests are integral components of the selection process, and the results will determine who advances to the next phase.

In addition, candidates who successfully navigate both the DV and PST stages will be invited to take part in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), scheduled for September 2026. The board has indicated that further details regarding the timing and venues for these subsequent tests will be communicated to candidates at a later date.

Examination Details and Participation

The written examination for this recruitment was conducted from June 8 to June 10, 2026, attracting an impressive turnout of over 28.8 lakh candidates across the state of Uttar Pradesh. This high participation rate highlights the significant interest among aspiring candidates to secure positions within the state police force.

As part of the recruitment process, the UPPRPB has informed all candidates that the normalised marks obtained from the written examination will be published after the final selection results are announced. The procedure for accessing these scores, as well as the specific date on which they will be available, will be posted on the official website at a later time.

This announcement marks an important milestone for many individuals who aspire to join the ranks of the Uttar Pradesh Police. The recruitment drive, designed to enhance the personnel strength of the police force, is closely watched by candidates and stakeholders alike.
