He said the ittar was developed to capture the earthy scent of chuna mitti after the first monsoon rain and allow guests to carry a sensory memory of Juna Mahal and Ranthambore with them.

Unlike conventional souvenirs, the fragrance is intended to recreate the atmosphere of the property through scent and connect guests with its architectural and natural surroundings.

The heritage wing of Juna Mahal features traditional architectural elements, including chuna mitti-plastered surfaces, wooden details and expansive courtyards. These features form an important part of the inspiration behind the signature fragrance.
