New Delhi, India: The VSJ Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Millennium Automation Systems Limited (MASL), formerly MAPL World, took significant steps to enhance healthcare services at Mata Gujri Medical Centre in Delhi. As a leading IT and telecom system integrator, MASL has long been committed to giving back through this initiative, reflecting its ongoing dedication to creating a lasting, positive impact on community health and wellness.
Last year, the VSJ Foundation made a meaningful impact at Mata Gujri Medical Centre by donating a powerful gas generator, ensuring the hospital’s critical equipment continued to operate even during power outages. This reliable power source allowed the hospital to provide uninterrupted, life-saving care, giving the community peace of mind that help would be available whenever needed.
MASL’s support extended further by sponsoring dialysis treatments for underprivileged patients, allowing more people to receive essential care without the heavy financial strain. In a year, as of now, the initiative has sponsored approximately 2000 dialysis, with an average of 2 dialysis per week per patient. This initiative reflects MASL’s commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to all in need, reinforcing its dedication to supporting holistic health and wellness in the community.
Mr. Varinder Singh Jawanda, CEO of MASL, expressed his pride in these efforts, saying, “At MASL, we believe that access to basic medical care should be a right, not a privilege. Through our collaboration with Mata Gujri Medical Centre, we were able to enhance healthcare accessibility and reliability for the community, making a real difference in the lives of many and we hope to continue doing so. “
The Mata Gujri Medical Centre team was deeply appreciative of this support, with a representative sharing, “The contribution from VSJ Foundation by MASL has been invaluable. Through this, our services are going smoothly and efficiently, no matter the power situation, and the sponsorships brought critical relief to patients. The partnership has made a real difference in people’s lives.”
Looking ahead, MASL plans to build on its healthcare initiatives through the VSJ Foundation, continuing to prioritize accessibility and quality in community health. The Foundation remains dedicated to uplifting healthcare through such initiatives and is committed to driving impactful health sector initiatives, helping those in need, and encouraging similar efforts to build a healthier, compassionate community.
