Throughout his training, ACC and Adani Foundation provided him with not just technical education but also personal mentorship, emotional support during a period of personal loss, and ongoing career guidance. Their efforts culminated in a successful placement with Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd. in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, where Sidiu now works as an Assembly Line Operator.
