Raihan Vadra, son of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and businessman Robert Vadra, has reportedly gotten engaged to his longtime girlfriend Aviva Baig, according to a report by NDTV. The couple has been in a relationship for nearly seven years, and the engagement is said to have taken place recently with the approval of both families, who are believed to share a close bond.

Aviva Baig, who is based in Delhi, subtly hinted at the engagement by sharing a photograph with Raihan on her Instagram stories. The image was later added to her highlights, accompanied by heart emojis, drawing attention and speculation online.

Raihan Vadra’s Journey in Art and Photography

Born on August 29, 2000, Raihan Vadra is the elder son of Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra. Unlike his political lineage, Raihan has chosen a creative path, establishing himself as a visual artist and photographer. He began exploring photography at the age of 10, with a particular interest in wildlife and street photography.

His first solo exhibition, Dark Perception, was held at Bikaner House in New Delhi in 2021. The exhibition was inspired by an eye injury he suffered during a school cricket match, after which he gravitated toward black-and-white photography, using light and shadow as core elements of his work.

Education and Private Life

Raihan completed his schooling at The Doon School in Dehradun before pursuing higher studies at SOAS University of London. He and his sister Miraya Vadra largely stay away from the public spotlight, making occasional appearances during elections or family events. Raihan is currently focused on building an independent identity through art, drawing inspiration from his grandfather, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who was also a passionate photographer.
