Jammu observed a Shobha Yatra on Thursday to commemorate the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. On Wednesday, the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine saw a significant rush as devotees continued to visit during the Chaitra Navratri festival. Official sources confirmed that approximately 240,000 pilgrims had already visited the shrine in the early days of Navratri, with the inflow remaining steady and showcasing continuous movement along the track from Katra to the Bhawan.

Throughout the year, Hindus observe four Navratris, with Chaitra Navratri and Shardiya Navratri being the most widely celebrated as they align with seasonal transitions.
