Three individuals have been arrested by Telangana police for allegedly possessing lethal weapons in the vicinity of VT Kaman under the jurisdiction of Uppal police station. This operation took place on April 21, following actionable intelligence regarding the movement of habitual offenders in the area. Sub-Inspector Idaiah, along with his team, promptly acted upon this information, resulting in the apprehension of three individuals deemed suspicious.

The accused have been identified as Dasari Surender, also known as Surya Muneer, Aditya Thakur Singh, and Tanay, who is referred to as Kanna. During a thorough search conducted by the police, a bag containing a revolver, an axe, a knife, and an iron rod was discovered. The recovered items raised significant concerns about the intentions of the suspects, given their alleged criminal backgrounds.

Dasari Surender, the primary suspect, has a criminal history involving approximately 40 cases, which have led to multiple prior arrests. The victim, Purushotham, managed to evade death but was later killed by another individual, Boddu Mahesh, who was an associate of Surender.

During interviews conducted by law enforcement, Surender revealed that he sought protection due to fears of retaliation from Purushotham, which allegedly prompted him to amass weapons. He sourced the air gun from a friend named Saketh, who is currently absconding. This detail raises questions about the network of individuals involved in this incident and their potential criminal associations.
