In a horrifying case reported in Mumbai, two teenage boys, one a minor, were abducted, assaulted. They were coerced into performing oral sex on each other by a money lender. This comes after they allegedly failed to repay a loan. The crime was orchestrated by four individuals, including the lender. The abusers filmed the act to blackmail the victims into repayment.

Loan Dispute Escalates Into Abduction

According to reports the two victims had reportedly borrowed money from Gautam Dilip Goswami, also known as Rithik (25). When they failed to return the sum, Goswami, enraged, enlisted the help of three associates to confront the teenagers. The police identified them as Panjubhai Goswami (45), Dheeraj (25), and Bharat (21). The group allegedly forced the boys into a vehicle and transported them to Pune, before later bringing them to Mumbai.

In Mumbai, the teens were taken to an office space located on Kalbadevi Road in the Bhuleshwar area. There, they were reportedly stripped,brutally thrashed with belts, and forced to perform oral sex on each other while being filmed. They forced the victims and said, “sex karo (have sex).” The video was used as leverage to threaten them into repaying the loan.

Probe Unfolds After Mother’s Complaint

The younger victim, who hails from Parbhani, was accompanied by his mother to LT Marg police station, where she lodged a complaint. The other victim is a 19-year-old from South Mumbai. The teenagers were admitted to a hospital following the incident, where they are currently receiving medical and psychological care.

Accused Lender in Custody, Accomplices on the Run

Police have arrested Gautam Dilip Goswami, the primary accused. A search is underway for the remaining three suspects, Panjubhai Goswami, Dheeraj, and Bharat, who are currently absconding. Authorities said the accused initially claimed the teens had cheated him, but the investigation took a turn after the victims disclosed the abuse they suffered.

“The two teenagers were forced to strip and perform oral sex, and the act was filmed. The teens were then threatened to repay the money they had borrowed, failing which the visuals would be put out online. Angry about this non-payment, the lender and his accomplices had planned to kidnap the two and force them to repay the money,” said Police.

Charges Filed Under POCSO and IPC

A case has been registered under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Charges include kidnapping, wrongful confinement, physical assault, unnatural sex, and criminal intimidation.
