During an interview on JioStar, he mentioned, “While I was in rehabilitation at the NCA, Jasprit Bumrah bhaiya was also there. I have developed a strong bond with him. He is like a teacher to me.” Yadav emphasized the similarity in their experiences, as both players had undergone the same surgery, which enabled Bumrah to offer tailored advice on recovery.

IPL 2026 Season Schedule Announced

On March 11, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released the schedule for the initial phase of the IPL 2026 season, slated to take place from March 28 to April 12. The Lucknow Super Giants, under the captaincy of Rishabh Pant, will kick off their season against the Delhi Capitals on April 1. Following this match, the team is set to face the Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 5, the Kolkata Knight Riders on April 9, and conclude the first phase against the Gujarat Titans on April 12. The defending champions, Royal Challengers Bangalore, will open the tournament with a match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
