In a move aimed at fostering creative skills among youth, the Finance Minister announced plans to set up ‘Content Creator Labs’ across 15,000 secondary schools and 500 colleges, focusing on animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics (AVGC). The initiative reflects growing industry demand and proposes support through the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies to nurture future digital creators.
