Fifth edition of ‘Proud Fathers for Daughters’

Atul Kasbekar, Colston Julian, Jaideep Oberoi, Prasad Naik, Rohan Shreshtha, Tarun Khiwal and Avinash Gowarikar, will be back to celebrate ‘Proud Fathers For Daughters’. This is the 5th edition of this annual event hosted by Project Nanhi Kali. The ace photographers will be capturing magical moments that demonstrate the father-daughter bond.

‘Proud Fathers for Daughters’ was conceptualized over a conversation between Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra group, and Atul Kasbekar. It aims to change mindsets and attitude towards the girl child in India. Some of the celebrity fathers and daughters who have come in support over the years, include Anil and Sonam Kapoor, Rishi and Ridhima Kapoor, Javed and Zoya Akhtar, Sachin and Sara Tendulkar, Sayami and Adwait Kher, Pooja and Manjunath Hegde.

This unique fundraiser event provides an opportunity for father-daughter duos to do good. The finest in the country will be clicking your snap. All you need to do is register online. Show up at Mehboob Studio, Bandra, between 10 am – 5 pm on October 6/7, 2018. The photographers do not charge any fee. There is a registration charge for the photoshoot. Proceeds go towards education of an underprivileged girl through Project Nanhi Kali. Together with other participants, this event has raised enough to fund the education of 1,200 girls.
