BioAsia’s transition from 2025 to 2026 signifies a marked increase in international relevance and industry collaboration. The previous edition held in 2025 welcomed approximately 3,000 delegates at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) and featured an exhibition area of about 7,000 square meters. This year, the event will be hosted at HITEX Hall 4, expanding the exhibition space to 9,000 square meters, underlining the forum’s growing significance on the global stage.

This edition is centered on the theme “TechBio Unleashed: AI, Automation & the Biology Revolution.” Attendees can look forward to an extensive industry showcase with over 175 exhibitors showcasing advancements in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, digital health, and advanced manufacturing. To foster innovation and entrepreneurship, BioAsia has designed specialized platforms, including a Startup Pavilion featuring 40 emerging startups, an Innovation Pavilion with 16 exhibitors presenting groundbreaking technologies and R&D innovations, and participation from 22 MSME exhibitors, reflecting commitment to supporting small and medium enterprises within the ecosystem.

Participating companies include global leaders such as Novartis, Eli Lilly, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sanofi, MSD, and Miltenyi Biotec, alongside prominent Indian firms like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Biocon Biologics.

Exploring the Intersection of Technology and Healthcare

In an era where the intersection of technology and biology is increasingly critical, BioAsia 2026 will highlight the transformative impact of TechBio on global healthcare. The forum plans to delve into essential areas such as synthetic biology, genomics, biomanufacturing, AI in drug discovery, and digital health—fields that drive innovation, reshape treatment strategies, and enhance healthcare accessibility. This year’s gathering will also showcase India’s emergence as a significant player in the TechBio sector, emphasizing its role in addressing pressing health issues worldwide.

Uniting Innovators and Policymakers

By bringing together scientists, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers, BioAsia 2026 aims to serve as a formidable platform to propel the TechBio movement and uncover new avenues at the crossroads of science, technology, and healthcare.
