Seven-year-old Ragini from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, captured the attention of many after her emotional video plea for help to continue her studies went viral. In response to her request, the district administration took action to assist her. District Magistrate Mangal Prasad Singh personally visited Ragini’s village to understand the challenges she faces.

During his visit, the DM met with Ragini and her family, where he discussed their circumstances and offered immediate support. He presented Ragini with a tricycle, which will greatly enhance her mobility and enable her to travel more easily.
