Three individuals have been taken into custody in Khagaria, Bihar, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl. The matter gained widespread attention following the circulation of an obscene video involving the minor, which was reportedly shared on social media platforms. The complaint was filed by the girl’s mother at the Khagaria Women’s Police Station.

According to the details provided in the complaint, the alleged incident took place within the jurisdiction of Bahadurpur police station. It was reported that during the assault, one of the accused recorded a video of the girl behaving in an indecent manner after she resisted the abuse, which subsequently went viral.

The video, which also disclosed the minor’s identity and exact address, has reportedly caused significant distress to the victim and her family. After learning about the video’s circulation, the victim’s mother promptly approached the police, which initiated formal proceedings against the suspects.

The case against the three accused was formally registered at the Women’s Police Station.
