For this, it is necessary to have a recognized political party.

Demand for 20 seats from NDA

Despite being a member of the party in the Lok Sabha, Assembly and the Legislative Council, Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) is not established as a recognized party. Despite being represented in these three houses, the party has started exercise if there is no recognized party. At the party’s national session held in Delhi, the patron of Hum Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has made it public. They have been demanding seats from different forums.
