Meanwhile, the human workforce expanded from nearly zero in 2022 to about 400 by the close of 2025, and then experienced a steeper increase, reaching between 650 and 660 by 2026. This trend indicates that robots are being integrated into Figure AI at a significantly faster rate than human workers.
