Clubb Canopy in Mohali is set to welcome the Mercedes-Benz Indian Padel Tour from September 24 to 27, marking the second instance of this competitive event in the Chandigarh-Mohali area. The tournament, termed City Open Chandigarh 2.0, is anticipated to attract over ninety teams, including around 500 players, spectators, and guests.

This significant padel competition is part of the broader Indian Padel Tour, which has gained traction across various regions. Mercedes-Benz India is officially recognised as the Title Partner for the 2026–27 season, reinforcing its commitment to the sport.

Opened in October 2025, Clubb Canopy has positioned itself as a dedicated venue for padel and other sports, featuring various facilities including pickleball and wellness programmes. The club was established to promote a vibrant sporting culture around emerging racquet sports.

Located in Sector 118 near Airport Road, Clubb Canopy boasts three professional-grade padel courts and two pickleball courts, all designed for competitive play. The all-weather blue padel courts, constructed with Spanish turf, provide a ready setting for both tournament participants and casual players.

The club is notable for its world-class sports and wellness infrastructure aimed at fostering competitive spirit among athletes. Alongside padel and pickleball, it offers yoga classes, sauna access, and cold plunge facilities, thus ensuring a holistic approach to sports and recovery.
