A tragic event has come to light from Bilaspur’s Atal Awas Colony in Chhattisgarh. The bodies of a husband and wife were discovered dead under mysterious circumstances on November 24.

What initially seemed like a domestic dispute has now developed into a complex case, with lipstick messages on the walls offering chilling clues of possible infidelity, jealousy, and a suspected murder-suicide.

Forensic Evidence Deepens Suspicion

The bodies of 35-year-old Raj Tambe and his 30-year-old wife Shivani Tambe, also known as Neha, were found in the same room of their home. Neha was discovered lying lifeless on the bed, while Raj was found hanging from a ceiling fan.

The distressing scene was first discovered by Neha’s mother, who went to check on them after not hearing from them by midday. After forcing the door open, she was faced with the gruesome discovery.

Disturbing Lipstick Messages Point to Infidelity

One of the most alarming aspects of the case is the presence of multiple messages written in lipstick on the walls of the room. Among these messages, one stood out: “We are dying because of Rajesh Vishwas,” pointing to a man who allegedly played a central role in the couple’s troubled relationship.

Additional messages suggest that Neha had been secretly communicating with Rajesh, which had sparked numerous arguments between the couple, particularly over Neha’s use of her mother’s phone. Other emotional messages, including a final note to their children, read, “Children, I love you.”

Forensic Suggest Possible Strangulation

Preliminary forensic analysis revealed scratches and pressure marks on Neha’s neck, leading investigators to suspect that she may have been strangled before Raj took his own life.

A suicide note found at the scene corroborated the lipstick messages, with Raj directly blaming Rajesh Vishwas for his mental distress and the eventual tragic outcome. Neighbors had reported frequent arguments between the couple, driven by Raj’s growing suspicions and jealousy.

As the investigation continues, police are exploring all angles, with the forensic report expected to provide critical insights into the true sequence of events.
