Salman Khan records a patriotic song for ‘Battle Of Galwan’ at Defence Minister’s request, set for release in 2026.

The CSR Journal Magazine

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is making significant strides to ensure that his upcoming war film ‘Battle Of Galwan’ resonates powerfully with audiences, aiming to follow the success of his previous project, ‘Border 2’. In an effort to bolster the emotional weight of the film, Khan engaged director Apoorva Lakhia last week with a special request.

Rapid Production of the Patriotic Song

In a swift turnaround, a patriotic song was filmed overnight at Khan’s behest. The track is intended to be featured in the end credits, serving as a tribute to the real-life soldiers who inspired the storyline of the film. A source close to the project indicated that Lakhia, who was on a brief hiatus, had to return promptly to facilitate the filming of this homage.

Details About the Song and Its Purpose

The song has been written and performed by Ayaan Lall, the son of actress Kunicka Lall. It will showcase Salman Khan as the end credits roll, with the names and images of the fallen soldiers displayed on screen while he lip-syncs to the lyrics. Lall has previously appeared in a minor role in Khan’s film ‘Sikandar’.

Official Request from the Defence Minister

The initiative to include this homage to military personnel was directly inspired by a request from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. This collaboration underscores the film’s commitment to honoring the sacrifices made by soldiers.

Release Date Information

‘Battle Of Galwan’ is slated for release on Independence Day in 2026, further aligning its themes of patriotism with significant national sentiments.
