Ranveer Singh has recently acquired a BMW i7 luxury electric sedan, coinciding with the arrival of his second daughter with actress Deepika Padukone. The actor was spotted driving the new vehicle on the streets of Mumbai shortly after taking delivery from a local showroom. A video surfaced online showing Singh exiting the showroom dressed in black attire before driving away in the high-end car.

The BMW i7 is valued at over Rs 2 crore, varying based on its specifications and chosen variant. Although the purchase comes shortly after BMW India announced Singh as its brand ambassador, reports suggest that this vehicle is a personal acquisition rather than a promotional one.

This purchase marks the second electric vehicle in Singh’s collection, which already includes a GMC Hummer EV. He is known for his enthusiasm for luxury cars, owning a diverse range that features models like the Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, Range Rover, and Aston Martin Rapide S.

Recent Family Milestone

On a personal note, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone celebrated the birth of their second child, a baby girl, on September 19, 2026. The couple shared their joy through a joint Instagram post that simply stated, “Welcome baby girl,” complemented by an evil eye emoji. Friends and colleagues from the film industry, including Sonam Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, extended their congratulations.

Before this latest addition to their family, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, who was born on September 8, 2024. In the days leading up to the birth of their second child, Deepika and Ranveer visited Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai with Singh’s parents, showing their gratitude and seeking blessings.

Additionally, Ranveer offered prayers at Lalbaugcha Raja a day prior, reflecting the couple’s commitment to their cultural practices and traditions during significant family events.

Upcoming Film Project

In the realm of cinema, Ranveer Singh is gearing up for his forthcoming project titled “Pralay.” This film is positioned as an end-of-the-world action and survival thriller that takes place in Mumbai. Directed by Jai Mehta, the film will also feature actress Kalyani Priyadarshan as a co-star.

“Pralay” officially commenced filming in Mumbai in August 2026, with anticipation building around its storyline and the performances expected from the cast. Following past successes, Singh’s fans are eager to see what this new venture will bring.
