The CSR Journal Magazine

Actor Rajpal Yadav has officially launched his YouTube channel, marking a new phase in his career after having recently been granted interim bail. The announcement was made by Yadav through social media, where he encouraged his fans to support his new venture. In a video message shared online, he expressed his excitement by stating, “Hi friends, I am your Rajpal and I am very happy to tell you that I have been preparing for a long time to start a new chapter. That moment has come, I need your blessings.”

He revealed that the channel is titled ‘Rajpal Naurang Yadav,’ emphasizing his intent to create a platform that caters to a diverse audience. “The mission of the Rajpal Naurang Yadav YouTube channel is only that children, old, young, everyone should have the same entertainment. A lot of healthy entertainment for good blood circulation. This channel is yours, enjoy it, share it a lot, subscribe,” Yadav remarked while discussing his vision for the content.

Background on Legal Troubles

Rajpal Yadav, known for his comedic roles, faced difficulties after being imprisoned due to a cheque-bounce case. The actor reportedly has liabilities amounting to nearly Rs 9 crore and spent approximately 12 days in Tihar Jail before securing interim bail. He turned himself in on February 5 concerning the ongoing legal matters and was granted release on February 17 after depositing Rs 1.5 crore.

Following his release from jail, Yadav visited his hometown of Shahjahanpur to join his family in celebrating his niece’s wedding. Although still entangled in legal complications, he participated in the festivities, showcasing a personal aspect of his life amid ongoing challenges.

Details of Financial Disputes

The legal case against Yadav traces back to his 2012 directorial project, Ata Pata Lapata. Allegations indicate that he secured a loan of Rs 5 crore for the film, which did not achieve commercial success, leading to significant financial strain. As a result, the amount owed has reportedly escalated to nearly Rs 9 crore. The case highlights broader issues faced by many in the entertainment industry when projects fail to meet financial expectations.

The next hearing related to this case is scheduled for March 18, 2026, keeping the actor’s financial and legal matters in the public eye as he seeks to rebuild his career through the newly launched YouTube channel.
