As the odour intensified, they contacted local authorities to investigate. Upon arrival, the Sudhar police, aided by nearby residents, managed to gain access to Singh’s home.

Once inside, the officers found Singh’s body lying on a bed, which had reportedly begun to decompose, suggesting he may have died four to five days prior to its discovery. In proximity to the body, police discovered traces of dried blood, yet the specific cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
