Chief Minister Highlights Progress Since 2017

During the flag-off ceremony for 87 Interceptor Vehicles equipped with advanced technology, the Chief Minister indicated that Uttar Pradesh was historically held back in various sectors, including economic growth and technological advancements. He acknowledged the difficulties faced by law enforcement personnel in the past due to a lack of decisive political leadership.

Adityanath added that the past issues have been addressed, and significant reforms have been undertaken to improve policing. As part of these reforms, more than 1.4 million surveillance cameras have been installed in urban areas. The establishment of Integrated Command and Control Centres in every district has also contributed to a newfound identity for law enforcement in the region.
