Brooklyn, eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham has shared six Instagram stories where he has accused his parents of being the cause of the ongoing family feud. In his story Brooklyn writes that he has finally opened up after months of silence over the Beckham family rift. Giving a glimpse of the timeline of events that unfolded in Brooklyn’s life, he shared details of everything that he went through.
Brooklyn’s first Insta story on the Brand Beckham
In the first Insta story, Brooklyn alleged that all his life he never felt the genuine family love, compassion, it was always public relations that was given priority. He shared shocking details that at his home, family members were measured by their social presences and the appearance of pictures in tabloids, it was never about love. “For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family and I have found “peace and relief” from lifelong anxiety since cutting ties,”.
Brooklyn’s second Insta post on the “Name Bribe” Allegation
This is one of the most shocking revelations by Brooklyn, he alleged that in 2022, weeks before his wedding, his both the parents “repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe” to sign a legal right to his own surname. He said, possibly this was a strategy to make sure that any branding with the name “Beckham” always stays within their control. But he noted that he never agreed as he felt this would unfairly affect his future children.
Brooklyn’s second Insta post on ‘Hijacking’ first dance
For a long time it has been in discussion that on Brooklyn’s wedding, the first dance was hijacked by Victoria, confirming the same, Brooklyn alleged that on his wedding day while a romantic track was being played for Nicola and him to dance, his mother Victoria stepped in to dance with him instead. Brooklyn called this inappropriate and humiliating in front of guests.
Alleged Sabotage of Nicola Peltz
In the third post Brooklyn spoke about the continuous mistreatment with Nicola ever since the duo confirmed their wedding. Brooklyn confirmed that Victoria cancelled the making of Nicola’s wedding dress at the eleventh hour and forced her to replace it with another outfit, causing unnecessary panic. He even shared that just the night before the wedding, his parents and other family members said that Nicola was “not blood” and therefore “not family.” He even said that his wife Nicola was never accepted and was invited to David’s 50th birthday celebration in 2025.
In the last post Brooklyn has made it clear that his parents can henceforth communicate with him only through legal representatives, as they have refused to maintain and respect his personal boundaries.
