India AI Impact Summit 2026: Registration Details, Key Dates, Venue, and Speaker List

New Delhi is poised to host a major global gathering focused on artificial intelligence, the India AI Impact Summit 2026, from February 16 to 20. The event will take place at Bharat Mandapam, the designated venue for significant international conferences in the National Capital.

Participant Expectations

The summit is expected to attract delegates from more than 100 countries, with participation from 15 to 20 heads of government, over 50 ministers, and more than 50 chief executive officers from both international and Indian corporations. The event aims to gather around 500 key stakeholders from the AI sector, including innovators, researchers, and chief technology officers. Notable tech leaders confirmed to attend include Sundar Pichai of Google, Dario Amodei from Anthropic, Sam Altman of OpenAI, Jensen Huang of Nvidia, Brad Smith from Microsoft, Yann LeCun representing Meta, and Cristiano Amon of Qualcomm, among others.

Registration Process

Interested attendees can register for the summit via the official website, “impact.indiaai.gov.in.” Upon visiting the homepage, users will find an option labeled “Register Now.” Selecting “Register as Delegate” will prompt individuals to provide personal and professional information to complete the registration process. This straightforward approach ensures that all necessary details are submitted efficiently.

Summit Sessions and Topics

The five-day summit will feature an extensive program, comprising over 700 sessions that will address vital topics such as AI safety, governance, ethical frameworks, data protection, and India’s national AI strategy. Participants can expect to engage in discussions ranging from fundamental issues to advanced applications of AI technology.

AI Impact Expo

In conjunction with the summit, the India AI Impact Expo will present over 300 exhibitors from 30 different countries within a spacious 70,000-square-metre exhibition area, organized into thematic sections. The summit is structured around three core principles referred to as ‘Sutras’: People, Planet, and Progress. These foundational pillars are designed to promote global collaboration concerning artificial intelligence.

Working Groups and Education Initiatives

Within these pillars, the summit will incorporate seven specialized working groups, or ‘Chakras,’ which will focus on distinct domains such as Human Capital, Inclusion for Social Empowerment, Safe and Trusted AI, Science, Resilience Innovation and Efficiency, Democratising AI Resources, and AI for Economic Development and Social Good. Additionally, the event will highlight national AI education initiatives, including AI for ALL, AI by HER, YUVAi, and India AI Tinkerpreneur. These programs are designed to enhance AI literacy among students and young professionals across the nation.

Global AI Governance

The framework established during the summit aims to influence the shaping of global AI governance while tackling regional challenges. Outcomes from the discussions are anticipated to provide guidance to policymakers, investors, and industry leaders, aiding them in formulating AI strategies conducive to future developments.
