Technology for Development – IIT Bombay’s Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Conclave, 2023, is aimed at addressing social, economic, industrial, and environmental challenges in India.

IIT Bombay is set to host its second edition of the Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Conclave this year on June 16^th, 2023, at the IIT Bombay campus in Powai. The CSR Conclave, Technology for Development, will provide insights on addressing wide-ranging national and global challenges.

IIT Bombay, standing at the top position in India and 47th globally for Engineering and Technology, is dedicated to the advancement of technologies that will play a significant role in the development of the nation. The educational programs and research endeavours undertaken by IIT Bombay are specifically geared towards fueling areas of paramount national importance. These include defence applications, quantum technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. Moreover, the institution is actively involved in driving economic growth by nurturing critical industries such as semiconductors, green energy, electric vehicles, drugs, and pharmaceuticals.
