A Focused Approach Is Very Crucial: Jacob Ninan, CEO, Axis Bank Foundation
“We need to focus on skilling the youth to reap demographic dividends, which has to go hand in hand with them being employed gainfully. Today the boards of corporate are getting more sensitised to the need of spending CSR money according to what has been defined. Unless personal social responsibility is ingrained in all of us, it does not get into the organisation,” says Jacob Ninan, Executive Trustee & CEO, Axis Bank Foundation while in conversation with The CSR Journal.
Unless Corporate Social Responsibility gets into the corner room discussion, it is not going to work. Each corporate citizen can volunteer and do their bit to make a difference.
