The Delhi Police apprehended Bobby Kabutar, a prominent member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, on Wednesday in relation to the double murder of two brothers that took place in the capital last year. Kabutar had been on the run for seven years and was suspected in multiple criminal cases. His alleged connection to the incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi positioned him as actively involved in the gang’s illicit activities.
According to police statements, Kabutar’s responsibilities included gathering critical information on the ground ahead of the notorious murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. The two arrested individuals are not related, and their capture resulted from a meticulous review of CCTV footage. Their legal representative emphasized their readiness to collaborate with law enforcement during the ongoing proceedings.
