This initiative strengthens our commitment to empowering youth and building a stronger workforce in India.”
Sakina Baker CSR Head Bosch India and Bosch India foundation,”Providing jobs is just one part of the solution, helping young people gain confidence, skills, and direction is just as important. This job fair has given many individuals the chance to take control of their careers and contribute meaningfully to society. Seeing so many candidates secure jobs reinforces our commitment to closing the employment gap, promoting long-term career growth, and driving economic progress for individuals and communities alike.”
At the event, Bal Bharti Academy and Bosch under social engagement activity  held a career guidance session to help job seekers understand different career options and what employers expect. The session covered job trends, interview tips, and workplace skills to improve their chances of getting hired.
