Major Hotel Selections for Delegations

The Taj Mahal Hotel, situated on Mansingh Road, has been identified as a primary hub for several prominent delegations. This includes representatives from Uruguay, the Philippines, Cuba, Belarus, and Vietnam, as well as leadership figures from the World Health Organization and the World Trade Organization. The hotel is well-equipped to cater to the needs of these delegations, providing a secure environment necessary to foster discussions and negotiations.

Another key venue, the Oberoi New Delhi on Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, is specifically hosting delegations from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia, and Indonesia, all of which are major BRICS member states or partner nations. National delegations from Uganda, Nigeria, and Malaysia will also be accommodated at this location, further enhancing the hotel’s role as a crucial participant in the summit. Other hotels contributing to the summit’s high-security environment include Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel, which caters primarily to the West Asian member state delegation from Iran.
