Actor and filmmaker Arbaaz Khan has acquired a luxury apartment in the Jogeshwari area of Mumbai, further enhancing his real estate investments. The property is valued at approximately Rs. 2.78 crores, as per property registration documents.

The apartment, covering a RERA carpet area of 1,243 square feet, was bought from Mutistar Builders LLP at a rate exceeding Rs. 22,000 per square foot. Situated on the 27th floor of the forthcoming residential project named Autograph Residency, the apartment also includes two designated parking spaces, contributing to the overall value of the purchase.

Transaction Details and Financial Breakdown

The transaction was officially registered on February 17, 2026. A stamp duty exceeding Rs. 16 lakh was paid in connection with the purchase, alongside a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. The building is currently under construction, and possession of the apartment is anticipated by December 2030.

Arbaaz Khan is well-known in the Hindi film industry, with significant contributions also in Telugu, Urdu, and Malayalam cinema.
