RLM Chief Upendra Kushwaha has described the Voter Adhikar Yatra of the Grand Alliance on the issue of SIR as a failure, but he said that it will benefit Rahul Gandhi. Upendra Kushwaha said that the Election Commission should have given more time for SIR in Bihar, because people have faced trouble with this.

SIR is not an issue at the ground level

Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha interacted on the issue related to the upcoming Bihar assembly elections in an interview given to an English newspaper. He said that SIR is not an issue at the ground level. However, it is true that the people of Bihar should have got more time for this. He also said this at the beginning of SIR two months ago. He said that he does not change his stand. They are still standing on the fact that this work should have been done comfortably.

Nishant should enter politics

Upendra Kushwaha clarified that the NDA is going to contest the upcoming assembly elections under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Also, Nitish will remain CM, there is no two opinions in this. Kushwaha said that he was talking about the general protocol. At the same time, Kushwaha said that Nitish’s son Nishant Kumar should enter politics.

Janata Dal United (JDU National Executive President Sanjay Jha has said that Nishant Kumar, son of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, will not enter politics. In a conversation with a digital channel on Wednesday, Sanjay Jha said that there is no such idea yet.
