Rental Terms and Conditions

The agreement stipulates an initial monthly rent of Rs 6.5 lakhs for the bungalow. A lock-in period of three years is included in the contract, after which the rental fee is set to increase by 5 percent annually beginning in the third year.

As part of the leasing arrangement, the tenant has also provided a security deposit totaling Rs 20 lakhs.
