Civic Inspection and Findings

Following the video’s circulation, the Rajkot Municipal Corporation’s (RMC) food department conducted an inspection of the McDonald’s outlet. Dr Jayesh Vakani, a health officer with the RMC, confirmed that the restaurant was fined Rs 3,000 due to negligence related to hygiene in the dining area. This action underscores the importance of maintaining cleanliness, particularly in venues frequented by the public.

Despite the issues identified in the dining section, the inspection reportedly found no cleanliness problems within the kitchen.
