Mumbai Businesswoman Allegedly Stripped Naked, Intimidated At Gunpoint By Pharma Boss

A shocking case of sexual harassment and intimidation has emerged come to light from Mumbai. A 51-year-old businesswoman has accused Joy John Pascal Post, Managing Director and founder member of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals (FIPPL), of stripping her naked.

According to reports, the woman further alleged he recorded explicit content, and threatened to release it if she spoke out. The woman has named Post and five others in her complaint, which has been filed with the Mumbai Police.

Invites Businesswoman Under False Pretenses

According to the victim’s complaint, Post invited her to the FIPPL office for a business meeting. However, upon arriving, she was allegedly subjected to harassment, where Post forced her to undress at gunpoint. The accused then reportedly filmed and photographed her in a compromising position, using the recordings as leverage by threatening to make them public if she reported the incident.

Following this, the woman courageously filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police, registering charges against Post and five others involved in the crime. The charges include sexual harassment, assault, and criminal intimidation. The police have recorded the victim’s statement and are actively investigating the roles of the other accused.

Police Begin Investigation into Serious Allegations

The case has generated significant media attention due to the nature of the crime and the profile of the accused. Authorities have assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway. Kolkata Incident: Woman Drugged

In a separate incident, another shocking case has come to light from Kolkata. On November 29, a woman was waiting for a booked cab when a car arrived with three men inside, including one acquaintance she had known for three months. The group allegedly dragged her into the car, forced her to drink alcohol laced with drugs, and then sexually assaulted her.

The woman was later abandoned in the Maidan area, but she was rescued by passersby and taken to SSKM Hospital for medical treatment. Police have launched an investigation, and efforts are ongoing to apprehend the perpetrators.
