Inside Preity Zinta’s ₹18.5 Crore Property Deal: Actor Sells Luxury Apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has sold her apartment located in the luxurious Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai, for Rs 18.50 crores. The sale details became public through property registration documents accessed from CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics platform.

Property Specifications

The apartment, situated in the Rustomjee Parishram building, spans approximately 1,770 square feet. The official registration of the sale took place on March 2, 2026. The buyers, Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, are U.S. citizens of Indian descent. As part of this property transaction, the buyers completed a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.11 crores and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, according to the available records.

Previous Property Sale

This recent sale marks the second property transaction by Zinta within a quarter. Earlier, in November 2025, she sold another apartment in the same building for over Rs 14 crores. That apartment was also located on the 11th floor and measured around 1,474 square feet. The apartment involved in the latest sale was allotted to Zinta in April 2025, following the redevelopment of her previous residential building.

Redevelopment Agreement

The apartment was provided to Zinta under a redevelopment agreement between the housing society and Keystone Realtors, the developers operating under the Rustomjee brand. This redevelopment project led to the construction of the new building where Zinta was allocated her current residence. It is noted that the allotment was formalized as part of a Permanent Alternate Accommodation arrangement under an agreement executed on October 23, 2023, as indicated by CRE Matrix.

Zinta’s Real Estate Involvement

Zinta has owned property in this building for several years and received her new apartment through the allotted redevelopment process. The actress, who balances her time between India and international commitments, has not publicly addressed this most recent property sale. Known for prominent films like “Kal Ho Naa Ho” and “Veer-Zaara,” she remains engaged in various businesses.
