In response, the court instructed the legal representatives to provide a digital copy of the disputed links, allowing for the submission of additional documentation in a sealed cover within two days. The next hearing for the case has been scheduled for July 6.

This ruling follows a recent decision by the Delhi High Court that granted protection to the personality rights of Ramdev, the founder of Patanjali Ayurved, through a John Doe directive. The court has been actively granting similar protections to several public figures across various sectors.

In separate cases, the High Court has extended protective measures to spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar of The Art of Living Foundation, Tollywood actor Nagarjuna, and Bollywood actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, alongside filmmaker Karan Johar.
