These projects include the launch of the Metro service and the Namo Bharat train. Details of the Assam Visit
The Prime Minister’s schedule for Assam includes his arrival at approximately 10:30 AM at the Emergency Landing Facility on Moran Bypass in Dibrugarh. He will observe an aerial display featuring fighters, transport aircraft, and helicopters. Subsequently, around 1 PM, he is set to inspect the newly constructed Kumar Bhaskar Varma Setu, which spans the River Brahmaputra. At approximately 1:30 PM, he will inaugurate and launch the aforementioned development projects at Lachit Ghat in Guwahati.
Promotion of Higher Education
Additionally, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Guwahati. This institute is expected to significantly enhance management and higher educational opportunities in the North-Eastern Region. Launch of Electric Bus Services
In conjunction with these initiatives, the Prime Minister will also flag off 225 electric buses under the PM-eBus Sewa Scheme.
