The victim, identified as Ishaka, was originally from Uttar Pradesh and resided in Sector 55 of Gurugram. Officers forced entry into the flat to discover Ishaka unresponsive and lying in a pool of blood. Preliminary investigations indicate she sustained multiple stab wounds.

It is alleged that he died by suicide after jumping in front of a moving train following the incident involving Ishaka.
