Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched a new colour variant for the V-Strom SX, featuring the Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray combination. This updated colour scheme comes alongside revised graphics, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the motorcycle while retaining its existing mechanical specifications. The V-Strom SX is also available in several other colour combinations, including Champion Yellow No. 2 mixed with Glass Sparkle Black, and Pearl Glacier White paired with Metallic Matte Stellar Blue.

Specifications and Features

The V-Strom SX is equipped with a robust 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled SOHC engine. This engine is capable of producing 26.5 bhp at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of torque at 7,300 rpm. It employs Suzuki’s Oil Cooling System (SOCS) and incorporates Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology to provide an optimal balance between performance and fuel efficiency. The motorcycle is fitted with a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, offering a ground clearance of 205 mm, alongside dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety.

In terms of technology, the V-Strom SX is equipped with LED lighting and features such as the Suzuki Easy Start System. Riders can also benefit from a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster which connects via Suzuki Ride Connect. Additional touring features include a windscreen, knuckle covers, a USB charging port, and a rear carrier, all of which enhance its capability as an adventure-tourer.

The V-Strom SX is available at a price of Rs 2,02,118, ex-showroom in Delhi. To complement the launch, Suzuki is offering customers a voucher valued at Rs 5,000 to be used at Rynox with each purchase of the motorcycle. Financial assistance is also provided, allowing customers to avail loans of up to 100 per cent, with interest rates starting at 6.99 per cent, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Adventure Riding Initiatives

Furthering its commitment to adventure riding, Suzuki is organising the V-Strom SX Expedition. The second edition of this event will take place from September 29 to October 9, 2026, starting from Delhi. The expedition will cover significant destinations such as Leh, Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso, and Hanle, allowing participants to experience the V-Strom SX in challenging Himalayan landscapes.

In addition to the expedition, Suzuki hosts V-Strom Experience Day events. These events offer potential riders the opportunity to experience the motorcycle’s performance, handling, and touring capabilities under various conditions.
