Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has renewed her lease for an apartment in the upscale Juhu area of Mumbai, with the monthly rent set at Rs. 6 lakhs. The lease renewal was officially recorded in February 2026, as per property registration documents available through government sources.

The lease for Kapoor’s apartment is set for a duration of 12 months, beginning with a monthly rent of Rs. 6 lakhs. Over the entire lease term, the cumulative rental value amounts to Rs. 72 lakhs, as estimated in property assessment analyses.
