Bengaluru Techie Murders Wife, Packs Body in Suitcase, Flees to Pune and Attempts Suicide

A tech professional allegedly murdered his wife in Bengaluru’s Doddakannahalli, packed her body inside a suitcase, fled to Pune and attempted suicide by consuming phenyl. The accused, 36-year-old Rakesh Rajendra Khedekar shifted to Bengaluru just a year ago and was working at a private firm. The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Gauri Anil Sambekar. The couple hailed from Maharashtra.
As per reports, the couple allegedly had a heated exchange on Wednesday (March 26) night before dinner with Gauri complaining about not being able to get a job in Bengaluru. She had quit her job in Maharashtra to shift to Bengaluru with her husband but was struggling to find employment in the city. While arguing, Gauri allegedly threw a knife at Rakesh. In retaliation, Rakesh allegedly attacked her with the same knife, stabbing her multiple times in the neck and abdomen leading to her death.
“The couple hailed from Maharashtra and shifted to Bengaluru one year ago. The owner of the house called the police control room after finding the body in the suitcase. The woman completed her bachelors in Mass Media and the accused husband worked at a private firm. He was working from home,” said Bengaluru Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Sarah Fathima.

Rakesh spoke to wife’s dead body all night, then packed it in a suitcase

After committing the murder, Rakesh spoke to his wife’s dead body all night seeking explanations regarding why she was unhappy and why she fought with him. In the morning, he packed her body in a suitcase and started for Pune in his Honda City car around 12 noon.
Rakesh allegedly confessed about the crime to his landlord in Bengaluru. The landlord reportedly informed the police who reached the crime scene and discovered Gauri’s body from a suitcase inside a bathroom. As per initial forensic analysis, the victim had been stabbed multiple times in the neck and abdomen, with her body later dismembered into eight to ten pieces before being stuffed inside the suitcase. The deceased’s family has reached Bengaluru while her body has been sent for post-mortem.
“Matrimonial discord seems to be the primary reason behind the murder,” said B Dayanand, Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru, stated.

Rakesh confessed about his crime, undergoing treatment

Pune Police caught Rakesh on Thursday evening after which he confessed about his crime at Shirwal Police Station. Rakesh told the police that Gouri blamed him for her unemployment and insisted on returning to Maharashtra, leading to frequent fights between the couple.
Rakesh who had attempted suicide by consuming phenyl after reaching Pune, is currently undergoing treatment at a city hospital. Bengaluru police has reached Maharashtra, who is waiting for a medical clearance to present Rakesh before a local court and obtain a transit warrant to take him back to Bengaluru for further investigation.

Yogi Government to recruit 28,138 Personnel in UP Police

In line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision to strengthen the Uttar Pradesh Police force, the recruitment process for new personnel will continue in the upcoming financial year. The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow, has announced that fresh recruitment drives will commence in April and May.

Track Record of Recruitment and Employment Generation

As per the board’s plan, a total of 28,138 positions will be filled during this period. Notably, in March this year, the board successfully completed the recruitment of over 60,000 constables and more than 1,400 positions in the radio cadre. This structured and well-planned approach aims to streamline police recruitments and ensure timely execution of the recruitment calendar.
Notably, the Yogi government has a commendable track record in employment generation, having provided approximately 850,000 government jobs over the past eight years.

Upcoming Recruitment Details and Vacancies

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board is dedicated to providing all possible job opportunities in the Police department. Over the past eight years, the board has successfully recruited more than 2,14,468 candidates for various positions. This includes the recruitment of over 34,832 women and approximately 1,79,636 men.

Constable and Technical Recruitment

Among these, 12,144 candidates were appointed as Sub-Inspectors in Civil Police, 780 as Platoon Commanders, 1,48,222 as Constables in Civil Police, and 42,539 as Constables in PAC. Additionally, 516 skilled sportspersons were recruited at the constable level, including 178 women players.
The Board has finalized the roadmap for the upcoming recruitment process in line with the state government’s plan. The application process is set to begin in the last week of April 2025 or the first week of May 2025.

Skilled Sportsperson Recruitment

This recruitment drive will include 4,543 vacancies for Sub-Inspector level positions, comprising 4,242 posts for Sub-Inspector (Civil Police), 135 posts for Platoon Commander (PAC), 60 posts for Platoon Commander (Special Force), and 106 posts for Female Platoon Commander (for Budaun, Lucknow, and Gorakhpur districts)
Additionally, recruitment at the constable level will be conducted simultaneously, covering 22,053 posts, including: 15,904 posts for PAC, Special Force, and Female PAC Constables, 3,245 posts for Constable (Civil Police), 71 posts for Mounted Police (Horse-mounted unit), and 2,833 posts for Jail Wardens.
Apart from this, technical recruitments will also take place, including 44 posts for Radio Assistant Operator and 1,153 posts for Computer Operator Grade-A in April-May 2025. The recruitment of skilled sportspersons is also under process, with 91 posts for Sub-Inspector (Civil Police), 372 posts for Constable (Civil Police), and 174 posts for PAC Constables.

Verification and Testing Process

The document verification and sports skill tests for these candidates will begin in the third week of April 2025. In total, over 28,000 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive. Further details and official notifications will soon be available on the UP Police Recruitment Board’s website and social media platforms.

Kunal Kamra moves Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail after summons from Mumbai Police

Amid growing controversy over his parody targeting Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, comedian Kunal Kamra on Friday reportedly approached the Madras High Court seeking protection from arrest. The popular stand-up comedian is a resident of Villupuram town in Tamil Nadu which comes under the jurisdiction of Madras High Court.
An urgent mentioning of the case was made before Justice Sunder Mohan on Friday. According to Kamra’s lawyer V Suresh, the petition is being considered for an urgent hearing and is likely to be heard during the court’s Friday afternoon session. Kamra’s counsel has also mentioned that the comedian has been receiving death threats after the controversial performance.
The 36-year-old stand-up comedian’s “traitor” jibe at Deputy CM Shinde has kicked up a major political storm in Maharashtra and landed him in trouble. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police has summoned him at Khar Police Station on March 31. A Zero FIR was lodged against Kamra under Sections 353(1)(b), 353(2) [Public mischief] and 356(2) [Defamation] BNS by Shiv Sena MLA Muraji Patel. The FIR was later transferred to Khar police station in Mumbai.

Kamra’s “gaddar” jibe at Eknath Shinde

Kamra, known for his satirical style of comedy, was performing at a stand-up show at the Unicontinental Hotel in Mumbai’s Khar area, where he mocked Shinde’s defection from the Shiv Sena and his alliance with the BJP by allegedly calling him a “gaddar” (traitor) in an indirect manner. The jokes, which included a parody of a song from the Bollywood movie “Dil To Pagal Hai”, were aimed at Shinde, even though Kamra did not mention him by name. His performance quickly gained attention on social media, following which it triggered a series of protests and even violence.

Shiv Sena workers vandalised venue where Kamra performed

Shiv Sena workers vandalised the Habitat Comedy Club located at Mumbai’s Khar where Kunal Kamra performed his gig which landed him in controversy. The club, housed in Mumbai’s UniContinental hotel, had drawn the ire of the Sena workers because a video shot there by comedian Kunal Kamra had mocked former deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde, without naming him.
Mumbai Police had arrested 12 Shiv Sena members for vandalising the studio in which Kunal Kamra’s show was filmed and the hotel in which it is located. They were granted bail hours after being held.
Rahool Kanal, a member of the Shiv Sena Yuva Sena (Eknath Shinde faction), who was arrested for vandalising the studio, has said in his defence that the Sena workers did not intend to attack the venue and acted “in the heat of the moment.”
“I know all these artistes, including Kamra and Munnawar (Faruqui). I am someone who always supports artists. But when we saw the video, we initially contacted Balraj and enquired about the show. However, he did not talk to us properly and misbehaved,” Kanal told the media.

Thailand, Bangkok और Myanmar में भूकंप से तबाही

भारत के पड़ोसी देश Myanmar में बेहद ही शक्तिशाली भूकंप से धरती कांप उठी। इसका असर Thailand की राजधानी Bangkok में भी देखने को मिला है। भूकंप का केंद्र म्यांमार में था और इसकी तीव्रता Rictor Scale पर 7.7 मापी गई। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि बैंकॉक में एक निर्माणाधीन बहुमंजिला इमारत भूकंप के झटकों से भरभराकर ढह गई। सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित एक वीडियो में एक बहुमंजिला इमारत धूल के गुबार के बीच ढहती नजर आ रही है और वहां मौजूद लोग चीखते-चिल्लाते हुए भाग रहे हैं। इमारत के मलबे में 40 से अधिक मजदूरों के फंसे होने की आशंका है। पुलिस ने बताया कि वे Bangkok के ‘Chatuchak Market के पास स्थित घटनास्थल पर राहत एवं बचाव कार्य कर रहे हैं। अमेरिकी भूवैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण और जर्मनी के GFZ भूविज्ञान केंद्र ने बताया कि दोपहर को यह भूकंप 10 किलोमीटर (6.2 मील) की गहराई पर आया, जिसका केंद्र पड़ोसी देश Myanmar में था। Myanmar में भूकंप के तेज़ झटकों के चलते एक मस्जिद के ढह जाने से कई लोगों के अंदर फंसे होने और हताहत होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। Greater Bangkok क्षेत्र की आबादी 1.70 करोड़ से अधिक है जिनमें से कई लोग ऊंची इमारतों वाले अपार्टमेंट में रहते हैं। दोपहर करीब डेढ़ बजे भूकंप आने पर इमारतों में अलार्म बजने लगे और घनी आबादी वाले मध्य बैंकॉक की ऊंची इमारतों एवं होटलों से लोगों को बाहर निकाला गया। भूकंप इतना शक्तिशाली था कि कुछ ऊंची इमारतों के अंदरूनी हिस्सों में ‘Swimming Pool’ में पानी में लहरें उठती दिखीं।

Myanmar में Emergency घोषित

Myanmar ने अपनी राजधानी (Naypyidaw), और दूसरे बड़े शहरों में आपातकाल की घोषणा कर दी है। सरकारी मीडिया ने बताया कि यह घोषणा 7.7-Magnitude के भूकंप के बाद की गई है। म्यांमार की सत्तारूढ़ जुंटा ने देश में शक्तिशाली भूकंप आने के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानवीय सहायता के लिए अनुरोध किया। उन्होंने छह क्षेत्रों में आपातकाल की स्थिति भी घोषित कर दी है। थाईलैंड के स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (Stock Exchange of Thailand) ने भूकंप के बाद सभी ट्रेडिंग गतिविधियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करने की घोषणा की है। Bangkok की एक Resque Team का कहना है कि भूकंप के कारण इमारत गिरने के बाद 7 लोगों को बचाया गया है और 2 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। भूकंप के कारण बैंकॉक में इमारतों को नुकसान पहुंचा और शहर में कुछ Metro और Light Railway सेवाएं बंद कर दी गईं। Thai PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra ने कहा कि उन्होंने भूकंप के बारे में एक “तत्काल बैठक” आयोजित करने के लिए Phuket की आधिकारिक यात्रा रोक दी है। Myanmar की राजधानी, Naypyidaw में एक बड़े अस्पताल को भूकंप के बाद Mass Casualty Area घोषित कर दिया गया है। 1,000-बेड वाले जनरल अस्पताल के इमरजेंसी विभाग के बाहर घायल मरीजों की लाइन लगी हुई है।

Bangladesh समेत भारत के कुछ राज्यों में महसूस हुए झटके

Myanmar में आए भूकंप के झटके बांग्लादेश में भी महसूस किए गए। दोपहर 12:25 बजे राजधानी ढाका समेत देश के कई इलाकों में भूकंप आया। भूकंप की तीव्रता रिक्टर पैमाने पर 7.3 थी, जिसका केंद्र Myanmar के मांडले में था। देश के कई राज्यों जैसे, Kolkata, Imphal और Meghalaya के East Garo Hills में हल्के झटके महसूस किए गए। ये झटके Thailand के Bangkok में आए 7.7 Magnitude के शक्तिशाली भूकंप के कारण महसूस हुए। लेकिन आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने पुष्टि की कि शहर में संपत्ति का कोई नुकसान नहीं हुआ और न ही किसी की जान गई। Manipur में Imphal के थांगल में झटकों से दहशत फैल गई। यह इलाका कई पुरानी बहुमंजिला इमारतों वाला है।

PM Modi ने भूकंप को लेकर जताई चिंता, बढ़ाया मदद का हाथ

भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi ने X पर एक पोस्ट में Myanmar और Thailand में भूकंप को लेकर चिंता जताई है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने मदद का हाथ बढ़ाया है। उन्होंने लिखा, ‘म्यांमार और थाईलैंड में भूकंप के बाद की स्थिति से चिंतित हूं। सभी की सुरक्षा और भलाई के लिए प्रार्थना करता हूं। भारत हर संभव सहायता देने के लिए तैयार है। इस संबंध में, हमने अपने अधिकारियों को तैयार रहने को कहा है। साथ ही विदेश मंत्रालय से म्यांमार और थाईलैंड की सरकारों के साथ संपर्क में रहने को कहा है।’

‘DigiPravesh’: App-based entry system introduced at Mantralaya

The Maharashtra government has launched a new online entry system at the Mantralaya for the visitors. The Mantralaya Security Project is being implemented to enhance security and streamline visitor entry. In its first phase, a facial recognition-based entry system was introduced.
Meanwhile, in Phase 2, a Visitor Management System (VMS) has been developed. From now on, officials, employees, and visitors needing access to Mantralaya must obtain entry through the ‘DigiPravesh’ online app-based system.

Unauthorized access restricted

Visitors will be allowed access only to the designated floors and departments as per their approved appointment. Unauthorized access to restricted floors will lead to penalty actions. After completing their work, visitors must exit within the allotted time. To ease the process for senior citizens and differently-abled visitors, they will be given priority access at 12 PM and a separate queue will be arranged post 12 PM. They must carry valid identity proof to avail of this facility

Govt-ID proof must

All general visitors will be allowed entry after 2 PM through the DigiPravesh app-based system. Visitors must present a government-approved ID such as an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or PAN Card to obtain the Mantralaya entry pass. A help desk and registration counter will be set up at the Garden Gate for those without smartphones or literacy limitations.
Once registered through the ‘DigiPravesh’ app, a QR code will be generated, which must be scanned at the Mantralaya entry counter. Visitors will then receive an RFID access card for security verification. Wearing the RFID card inside Mantralaya is mandatory, and visitors must return it at the security counter while exiting.

How to Register on ‘DigiPravesh’ App

The ‘DigiPravesh’ app is available for Android and iOS users. Visitors can download it for free by searching “Digi Pravesh” on the Google Play Store (for Android) and Apple Store (for iOS).
Registration is required only once. The system verifies the visitor’s identity using Aadhaar-based facial recognition. After successful verification, visitors can book a slot for their designated department, allowing hassle-free entry without waiting in long queues. The entire process takes less than three minutes.

यूपी पुलिस भर्ती बोर्ड ने उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के रोडमैप के अनुरूप आगामी भर्ती प्रक्रिया की रूपरेखा तैयार कर ली है। बोर्ड अप्रैल 2025 के अंतिम सप्ताह या मई 2025 के प्रथम सप्ताह से अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगा। इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में उप निरीक्षक (नागरिक पुलिस) के 4,242 पद, प्लाटून कमांडर (पीएसी) के 135 पद, प्लाटून कमांडर (विशिष्ट बल) के 60 पद और जनपद बदायूं, लखनऊ व गोरखपुर के लिए महिला पीसी के 106 पद शामिल हैं, जिसके तहत कुल 4,543 पदों पर उप निरीक्षक स्तर की भर्ती की जाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त, आरक्षी स्तर पर भी विभिन्न पदों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया उसी समय शुरू होगी। इसमें आरक्षी पीएसी, आरक्षी विशिष्ट बल और महिला आरक्षी पीएसी के 15,904 पद, आरक्षी (नागरिक पुलिस) के 3,245 पद, आरक्षी घुड़सवार पुलिस के 71 पद और जेल वार्डन के 2,833 पद शामिल हैं, जिसके तहत आरक्षी स्तर पर कुल 22,053 पदों पर भर्ती होगी। इस तरह, कुल 26,596 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया निकट भविष्य में प्रारंभ होगी।

साथ ही, रेडियो सहायक परिचालक के 44 पद और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-ए के 1,153 पदों पर भी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में अग्रिम कार्यवाही अप्रैल-मई 2025 में शुरू की जाएगी। इस प्रकार निकट भविष्य में कुल अठाईस हज़ार से अधिक पदों हेतु विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती की कार्यवाही इस वर्ष प्रारम्भ की जायेगी। कुशल खिलाड़ी के अन्तर्गत उप निरीक्षक नागरिक पुलिस के 91 पदों व आरक्षी नागरिक पुलिस 372 एवं आरक्षी पीएसी 174 पदों के लिए भी कार्यवाही प्रचलित है। इसमें अप्रैल माह, 2025 के तीसरे सप्ताह से अभिलेखों की संवीक्षा एवं खेल कौशल परीक्षण की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ की जायेगी। सभी भर्तियों के संबंध में शीघ्र ही यूपी पुलिस भर्ती एवं प्रोन्नति बोर्ड की वेबसाइट व सोशल मीडिया पर शीघ्र ही अग्रिम सूचना दी जायेगी।

Her Oxford address comes at a politically charged time, with West Bengal heading towards a crucial state assembly election in 2026. Back home, the political climate remains tense, with a growing rift between the ruling Trinamool Congress and opposition parties. Prior to her London visit, Banerjee had already faced significant backlash from opposition leaders, who criticised her foreign trip as a distraction from pressing state issues.

Amidst these political tensions, Banerjee reaffirmed her stance against divisive politics. “When I am in power, I cannot afford division. It is easy to create division—it takes only a second. But maintaining unity is difficult. I want to see unity prevail till my last breath. Society must progress together, and without humanity, the world cannot function. Bengal stands for its land, its people, and its unity in diversity. There is no place for division,” she declared.

Myanmar Experiences Massive Earthquake, Building collapses in Bangkok

The central part of Myanmar experienced a major 7.7 magnitude earthquake on Friday that triggered broad panic followed by widespread destruction. A severe tremor originated near Sagaing in Myanmar at 12:50 pm local time with its centre located 16 kilometers north-west of town. A subsequent magnitude 6.4 aftershock appeared twelve minutes after the initial tremor thus expanding destruction all across the area.

People Evacuated from Buildings

The massive quake spread tremors that reached Thailand where it affected both Bangkok and Chiang Mai cities. People throughout Bangkok evacuated their buildings hurriedly while being in their pajamas during the earthquake. Harrowing videos captured in the city demonstrate how tall buildings experienced extreme shaking that caused residents to seek protection. An under-construction skyscraper in the Chatuchak area fell during construction while trapping at least 40 workers inside, but authorities confirmed no one lost their life in Thailand.
In Myanmar, the destruction was widespread. The Ava Bridge, an iconic structure connecting the Sagaing and Ava regions, collapsed into the Irrawaddy River. Several buildings in Mandalay, Myanmar’s second-largest city, also crumbled. Videos from Mandalay and other areas show debris scattered on the streets, with residents in a state of shock, many trapped under the rubble. Residential buildings, as well as commercial and historical structures, were heavily damaged.

Footages Spread Throughout Social Media

The damage spread throughout Myanmar to an extreme extent. The Ava Bridge fell into the Irrawaddy River while connecting the Sagaing to the Ava regions. The buildings of Mandalay suffered complete destruction as the second largest city of Myanmar. Visual footage from Mandalay and other cities displays broken debris scattered across streets and reveals residents who remain in disbelief while some individuals attempt to escape from collapsed buildings.
Despite the severity of the situation, no tsunami warnings were issued, and there have been no confirmed reports of widespread casualties at this point. Myanmar’s already fragile healthcare system, especially in its rural areas, is expected to face significant challenges in the coming hours as rescue operations continue.

PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra held emergency meeting

The earthquake’s impact also extended to other regions in Southeast Asia, with tremors felt in China’s Yunnan province. Back in Thailand, several buildings were evacuated, and some metro and rail services in Bangkok were temporarily halted. In response to the crisis, Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra held an emergency meeting to assess the situation and coordinate efforts for relief and recovery.
As rescue teams in Myanmar begin their search efforts, the true extent of the damage and the number of casualties remains unclear. The quake highlights the region’s vulnerability to seismic activity, particularly along the Sagaing Fault, which has caused significant earthquakes in the past.

Ramzan: जल्द ही माह-ए-रमजान मुकम्मल होने के साथ-साथ गर्मी में रोजेदारों के सब्र का इम्तिहान भी पूरा हो जाएगा। 2007 से 2025 के बीच 19 साल रोजेदारों ने सूरज की तपिश, उमस भरी गर्मी और लू के थपेड़ों के बीच खुदा की इबादत की। अब आने वाले 11 साल, यानि 2026 से लेकर 2036 तक रमजान का महीना सर्दियों के बीच ही गुजरेगा। 2026 से 2036 तक Ramzan की आमद ठंडे मौसम में होगी। वर्ष 2007 से 2025 तक 19 बार Ramzan का महीना आया। इस्लामिक कैलेंडर का यह पाक महीना पिछले 19 वर्षों में मार्च से सितंबर के बीच गुजरा। इस बीच कभी रोजेदारों का सामना अप्रैल-मई की झुलसा देने वाली तपिश से हुआ, तो कभी जून, जुलाई, अगस्त में पसीने से तरबतर करने देने वाली उमस भरी गर्मी से। मार्च और सितंबर ने भी रोजेदारों का इम्तिहान लिया। इस दौरान मार्च, अप्रैल, मई, जुलाई, अगस्त में तीन-तीन Ramzan गुजरे। दो-दो बार जून और सितंबर में Ramzan की शुरुआत हुई। अब Ramzan का पाक महीना खिसक कर सर्दियों में पहुंचने वाला है। आने वाले 11 साल रोजेदारों के लिए राहत भरे होंगे। मुकद्दस Ramzan की आमद ठंडे मौसम होगी। इसकी शुरुआत 2026 से होगी। यह सिलसिला 2036 तक चलेगा। इस दौरान माह-ए-रमजान दिसंबर, जनवरी, फरवरी की ख़ुशनुमा सर्दियों में आएगा। इसके अलावा अक्तूबर और नवंबर की गुलाबी सर्दी भी रोजेदारों को राहत देगी।

हर साल 10 से 12 दिन पीछे खिसकता है Ramzan

गर्मियों में रोजे रखना कतई आसान नहीं है। जबकि पहले सर्दियों के महीने में रोजे आता थे। गर्मियों में झुलसा देने वाली तपन के बीच 14 से 15 घंटे भूखे-प्यासे रहकर रोजेदार को कड़ी परीक्षा देनी पड़ती है। Africa के कई मुस्लिम देशों में, गर्मियों में तापमान बहुत अधिक होता है। यहां Ramzan के महीने में रोजेदारों की हालत बहुत ही गंभीर हो जाती है। अब सवाल उठता है कि आख़िर Ramzan के बदलते मौसमी दौर की वजह क्या है?
दरअसल, मुस्लिम धर्म में हिज़री ‘Chand Calendar’ को फॉलो किया जाता है। इसे इस्लामी पंचांग भी कहते हैं। इस कैलेंडर में चांद दिखाई देने के अनुसार तिथि तय होती है। इस कैलेंडर में 12 महीने होते हैं और हर महीना अर्ध चंद्र दिखने के साथ शुरू होता है। चंद्र महीना 29 या 30 दिन का होता है, जिससे 1 चंद्र वर्ष या 12 महीने लगभग 354 दिन के ही होते हैं। यानि कि Gregorian Calendar के 365 दिनों की तुलना में Chand Calendar में 11 दिन कम होते हैं। यही कारण है कि इस्लामिक चांद कैलेंडर Gregorian Calendar से हर साल लगभग 11 दिन पीछे चला जाता है। इसके चलते Ramzan के महीने का पहला दिन, इस्लामी कैलेंडर का 9वां महीना, हर साल लगभग 11 दिन पीछे चला जाता है। यही कारण है कि हर 10-11 साल में रमजान का मौसम बदलता रहता हैऔर हर 33 साल में एक मौसमी चक्र को पूरा करता है।

2023 में दो बार मनेगी ईद

मुसलमानों के लिए वर्ष 2030 खास रहेगा। इस साल में रहमत और बरकत का मुबारक महीना रमजान दो बार होगा। एक साल की शुरुआत में दूसरा साल के अंत में। वर्ष 2030 में जनवरी और दिसंबर में Ramzan का आग़ाज़ होगा। वहीं तीन साल बाद वर्ष 2033 में मुसलमानों को दो बार ईद मनाने का मौका मिलेगा। एक ईद जनवरी में होगी तो दूसरी दिसंबर में मनाई जाएगी। Ramzan के मुबारक रोज़े रखने वाले इन दिनों में गर्मी से बेहाल हुए बिना खुशगवार मौसम में खुद की इबादत कर पाएंगे।

The tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Rapido, Azad Foundation, and Sakha Consulting Wings commits to train underprivileged women in professional driving skills, provide them with employment opportunities, and foster economic empowerment in the transport sector.

Creating job opportunities for women drivers through the platform.
Ensuring a fixed monthly earning opportunities up to INR 25,000 for female captains, promoting long-term financial stability.
