The Gujarat State Government is gearing up for the inaugural event of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2027, set to take place in New Delhi on August 31. This event follows a successful official visit to the United States and Canada, led by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. The main summit is slated for January 10 to 12, 2027.

Addressing Industry Leaders and Diplomats

On the agenda for August 31, Chief Minister Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi will lead an interactive session at Bharat Mandapam in the morning, engaging with industry leaders. In the evening, they will participate in discussions with heads of missions and senior Indian government officials at Hotel Taj Palace.

One-on-One Meetings with Major Industry Players

During the event at Bharat Mandapam, Chief Minister Patel is scheduled to conduct individual meetings with representatives from several prominent companies across various sectors. Notable participants will include industry leaders from companies such as TPREL, JSW MG Motor India, Schneider Electric India, DCM Shriram Ltd, and others.

The list of companies also features international entities like Seoul Semiconductors, Shree Cement Ltd, Purvah Green Power, and LG Energy Solutions. Additional discussions will involve local firms, including JBM Group, Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon, and Max Healthcare, alongside notable players in the fields of automotive, solar energy, and financial technology.

Focus Areas for Investment and Collaboration

The one-on-one meetings will concentrate on pivotal sectors such as renewable energy, automobiles, semiconductors and electronics, cement production, infrastructure development, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, railways, artificial intelligence, data centres, information technology, business process management (BPM), chemicals, as well as banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI).

According to the release, discussions during these meetings will centre on potential investment avenues, the expansion plans of involved companies, and opportunities for strategic collaborations. The government aims to highlight Gujarat’s extensive industrial framework, comprehensive infrastructure, and its policies designed to attract and support investment.
