The innings saw a steady start followed by crucial partnerships in the middle overs, which helped the side recover from minor setbacks. Contributions from both the top and middle order ensured that KKR maintained a healthy run rate throughout the innings, despite the pitch offering slight assistance to bowlers due to its dry nature.

PBKS bowlers managed to pick up wickets at regular intervals, preventing KKR from accelerating aggressively in the death overs. However, the total still appeared competitive given the conditions at the venue.

PBKS Begin Chase but Rain Interrupts Momentum
