– The KSR Bengaluru–Ernakulam service will link Karnataka and Kerala, improving travel convenience across southern India.

– The Firozpur Cantt–Delhi route will strengthen northern connectivity, benefiting commuters from Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi NCR.

– The Varanasi–Khajuraho service will connect spiritual Varanasi with the heritage destination of Khajuraho, promoting tourism along the corridor.

– The Lucknow–Saharanpur route will boost intra-state connectivity within Uttar Pradesh.

Trial runs and safety inspections are expected to be completed before official operations begin. The Railways has stated that the inauguration schedules will be announced once the preparations are finalised.

– Financial Year 2024–25: 102.01 per cent average occupancy
