The statement from the prison authorities detailed that these medical professionals had noted significant improvements in Khan’s eye health.

The report also highlighted the ongoing assessment and care provided by the jail administration. Medical officers have reportedly visited Khan three times daily to monitor his meals and to keep track of vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels. Comprehensive medical records have been meticulously maintained since his incarceration.

The prison authorities underscored their commitment to Khan’s health, asserting that he and his wife, Bushra Bibi, who is also incarcerated, have received adequate medical attention.
