How Divine Intervention caused Miracles, Protected Indian Army on Multiple Occasions

It is said that faith has a transformative power that can bring about the most incredible changes. Some people believe in God while there are some who question HIS existence. Here is a story for those who believe!

Have you heard stories surrounding how divine intervention has protected the Indian Army on multiple occasions?

Maa Kali and Gorkha Regiments

The Gorkha Regiments of the Indian Army comrpising Nepali and Indian Gorkha soldiers are known for their combat prowess and bravery. Gorkha soldiers pray to Goddess Kali before a battle. It is believed that during the 1971 war with Pakistan, some Pakistani soldiers surrendered during a surprise Gorkha attack after they saw mysterious black shadows with swords!

Lord Krishna and Mathura-based regiments

Many soldiers of the Mathura-based regiment of the Indian Army wear Lord Krishna pendants. A miraculous story goes like this that once a shell missed an entire unit shortly after they finished chanting the Hare Krishna mantra!

Lord Hanuman and Kargil War

During the 1999 Kargil war, many Indian soldiers reported miraculous escape from enemy attack after praying to Lord Hanuman. In several bunkers, Hanuman Chalisa was found pinned on walls and soldiers believed that divine intervention saved them.

Dogra regiment and Maa Vaishno Devi

The highly decorated and prestigious Dogra regiment often take Prasad from Vaishno Devi temple before deployment. Several battalions have reported miraculous survival in extreme conditions.

Sri Chakra Yantra and Sino-Indian War 1962

During the Sino-Indian War of 1962, some South Indian regiments carried Sri Chakra Yantras. Some senior soldiers have claimed that they survived heavy shelling after meditating briefly before the attacks.

Nuclear Weapons:

Nuclear Weapons
Nuclear Weapons

Nuclear Weapons

Pakistani Songs Pulled from Spotify After Government Advisory

In a significant step impacting digital media and entertainment, the Indian government has instructed all online platforms operating in the country to remove media content originating from Pakistan. The advisory, issued on May 8 under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, highlights concerns over national security and public order.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology cited growing threats from cross-border terrorism, referring to recent incidents including the April 22 attack in Pahalgam, where multiple Indian nationals and one Nepali citizen lost their lives. The government attributed the violence to elements based in Pakistan and reiterated the need to safeguard India’s sovereignty and integrity.

This directive applies broadly to digital services, including OTT platforms, audio and video streaming apps, and content intermediaries. The advisory mandates these platforms to halt access to Pakistani-origin content, such as web series, songs, movies, and podcasts—whether free or subscription-based.

Several Pakistani Songs have been Removed from Spotify

As a result of this move, several Pakistani songs were quietly removed from Spotify on the evening of May 14. Fan-favourite tracks like Maand, Jhol, and Faasle were among those no longer accessible to Indian listeners. Similar takedowns are reportedly underway across other music and media platforms.

The ripple effect extended to visual content as well. Album covers and posters featuring Pakistani artists have been altered. On Spotify and YouTube Music, the Sanam Teri Kasam cover was modified to exclude Mawra Hocane, now showing only Harshvardhan Rane. Likewise, Raees had Mahira Khan’s image removed, leaving Shah Rukh Khan alone on the revised artwork.

Further actions were noticed on YouTube, where the song Buddhu Sa Mann from the film Kapoor & Sons—featuring Fawad Khan—became inaccessible in India. A message on the video reads, “Video unavailable. The uploader has not made this video available in your country.” Fawad Khan’s image has also disappeared from related music app posters.

Producers to Adhere the New Rules by Centre

Producers impacted by these changes have begun reacting. Deepak Mukut, who produced Sanam Teri Kasam, told Hindustan Times, “They didn’t ask me, it’s their decision. Whatever our government says, everyone has to follow.”

The advisory falls under the IT Rules’ Code of Ethics, which obligates publishers to exercise restraint and responsibility, especially when dealing with content that could potentially affect India’s diplomatic relations, national unity, or security.

The Ministry emphasised that the removal of Pakistani content is not a ban, but a precautionary measure to prevent any media that could be misused or misinterpreted in sensitive times. Platforms have been urged to comply immediately to maintain public order and align with India’s broader security policies.

Uttarakhand Man Gets 30 Years Jail for Raping His 3 Minor Children

A very shocking case has come to light from the Devbhoomi of India, Uttarakhand, the land of gods. A 45-year-old man from Nepal repeatedly raped his minor childrens. He has been sentenced to 30 years of rigorous imprisonment.

The verdict was passed by a special POCSO court in Champawat, Uttarakhand. The verdict against the man comes in response for the repeated rape of his two minor daughters and a minor son.

Rs 40,000 Compensation to Victims

The verdict was passed by Judge Anuj Kumar Sangal. He also imposed a fine of Rs 1.25 lakh on the convict. According to reports, out of this amount, each of the three survivors, aged 15, 13, and 10, will receive Rs 40,000 as compensation. This information was provided by government counsel Vidyadhar Joshi.

Initial investigation into the matter revealed that the man, a laborer, was the sole caregiver for his children. This comes after his wife left due to his abusive behavior and alcoholism. He then exploited his position of trust, repeatedly sexually assaulting his daughters and son. The convict also threatened the victims with death if they disclosed the abuse to anyone.

Children’s Escape Leads to Arrest

The gruesome and horrifying ordeal came to light when the two daughters fled from their home. The two were then found by police in the Banbasa area. Both the minors were initially reluctant to return home; they revealed their father’s abuse.

Upon the revelation, they were taken to a shelter home where they recounted the full extent of the abuse. The girls narrated their ordeal in front of Manju Pandey, in-charge of the anti-human trafficking cell in Banbasa. Following their disclosure, the man was arrested. The man’s 10-year-old son was soon rescued and placed in a shelter home in Haridwar.

Convicted Under Multiple IPC and POCSO Act Sections

The accused was placed in Almora jail since the case came to light in September 2021. However, the man was found guilty in 2025 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The charges includes sections addressing rape by a person in a position of trust, rape of a minor under 16 years of age, rape of a child under 12 years of age, voluntarily causing hurt, intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace, and criminal intimidation.

How Operation Sindoor Showed the World India’s Drone Power

Operation Sindoor and the following few days of military tension with Paksitan have shown the world one thing— the power of India’s drones. Without crossing the Line of Control or international boundary, India hit terrorist infrastructure and eliminated multiple threats.

Be it in drone warfare, layered air defence, or electronic warfare, Operation Sindoor marked a milestone in India’s journey towards technological self-reliance in military operations. India’s Air Defence Systems, combining assets from the Army, Navy, and primarily the Air Force, performed with exceptional synergy. These systems created an impenetrable wall, ruining multiple retaliation attempts by Pakistan.

Autonomous drones with AI-driven decision-making are the future of warfare, and India offered a “teaser” in front of the world of its capacity! In this era of unmanned combat, drones have emerged as the decisive force in modern warfare, and Operation Sindoor bears testimony to this.

From targeted loitering strikes to autonomous surveillance missions across the globe, drones redefine how countries claim dominance and secure their borders. The current war landscape demands precision and decision-making at a pace unthinkable in traditional warfare.

Suicide drones in India-Pakistan tension

India’s strikes targeted key Pakistani airbases like Noor Khan and Rahimyar Khan with surgical precision. Loitering munitions were used to devastating effect, each finding and destroying high-value targets, including enemy radar and missile systems. Loitering munitions also known as Suicide drones or Kamikaze drones are weapons systems that can hover or circle a target area, searching for a suitable target before attacking.

Role played by Drones in Modern Warfare

The integration of drone warfare into India’s military strategy owes its success to years of domestic R&D and policy reforms. Since 2021, the ban on imported drones and the launch of the PLI (Production Linked Incentive) scheme have encouraged innovation.

Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes in India offer financial incentives to companies that increase production in specific sectors. These incentives are tied to higher production and incremental sales, and are designed to boost domestic manufacturing, attract investment, and enhance global competitiveness. The schemes target key sectors like electronics, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and automobiles, among others.

The scheme of Production Linked Incentive for drones and drone components of the Ministry of Civil Aviation was notified on September 30, 2021 with a total incentive of Rs 120 crores spread over three Financial Years, FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24.

“India’s Defence exports crossed the record figure of about Rs 24,000 crore in Financial Year 2024-25. The aim is to increase the figure to Rs 50,000 crore by 2029, and make India a developed nation and the world’s largest defence exporter by 2047,” as revealed by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

Drone Federation India aims to make our nation a global drone hub by 2030

As global threats intensify, Indian drone makers are increasing indigenous content and localizing their supply chains to reduce dependency on imports. Executives at several of these companies say they are already designing platforms with geopolitical realities in mind.

The Drone Federation India (DFI) is a premier industry body representing over 550 drone companies and 5500 drone pilots. DFI promotes the design, development, manufacturing, adoption and export of Indian drone and counter-drone technology worldwide. DFI enables ease of doing business, promotes the adoption of drone technology, and hosts events like Bharat Drone Mahotsav.

The Drone Federation India aims to make our nation a global drone hub by 2030.

India Rejects China’s Action on Renaming Places in Arunachal Pradesh

Arunachal; pradesh

The Indian government has rejected China’s move to rename some places in Arunachal Pradesh as ‘vain and preposterous’. India on Wednesday said that such attempts will not alter the reality that the state “ was, is and will always remain part of India.”

After Beijing announced the Chinese name for 27 places in Arunachal Pradesh, including 15 mountains, four passes, 2 rivers, along with five inhabitant areas, New Delhi’s reaction followed. China also claims that Arunachal Pradesh is part of Southern Tibet.

Responding to the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, said, “We have noticed that China has persisted with its preposterous attempts to name places in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, consistent with the principal position, reject such attempts categorically”

“Creative naming will not alter the undeniable reality that Arunachal Pradesh was, is and will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India,” he added.

This is not the first time China has named places inside Arunachal Pradesh. Zangnan is the Chinese name for Arunachal Pradesh, which claims some 90,000 km² of Arunachal Pradesh as its own territory.

Indian Officials Sent to UN to get Terror Outfit Behind Pahalgam

UN

The Indian government has sent a team to the United Nations in an attempt to get hold of The Resistance Force (TRF), the outfit listed as a terrorist group and suspected to be behind the Pahalgam attack. The team is said to interact with the monitoring team of the 1267 sanctions committee and other partner countries in the UN.

Indian officials, including the foreign secretary, Vikram Misri, have on occasions informed that the TRF carried out the April 22 Pehelgam attack. The government has called upon the UN to designate this Pakistan-based terrorist organisation already a ‘known front’ to Lashkar-e-Taiba. Pakistan has also managed to get the TRF’s name removed from the April 25 Security Council statement on the terror attacks.

TRF Takes Responsibility for the Pahalgam Attack

The TRF has claimed responsibility for the Pahalgam attack twice within a few hours after the incident occurred on April 22 and again on the morning of April 23. According to the Foreign Ministry mystery, the TRF took back the claim only after the outfit’s leaders and handler across the border realised the gravity of the attack.

“Obviously, that retraction doesn’t convince anybody,” Misri said after India conducted strikes at nine of the dead organisation’s locations in Pakistan, including the LeT’s headquarters in Muridke.

Indian officials have also referred to the Security Council’s April 25 statement and stated that the talks call for a ‘need to hold perpetrators, organisers, financiers and sponsors accountable’ and said that India’s action should be seen in this context.

Mohalla Clinic Staffers to Retain Jobs Until End Of Year: Delhi Govt.

Delhi Mohalla Clinic

Doctors and staff of the Mohalla clinic may retain their jobs only for a period of one year, until the Delhi government recruits new manpower to operate the Ayushman Arogya Mandir in the capital city. The decision was announced at a meeting attended by health minister Dr Pankaj Singh last week.

This move will impact around 2,000 staffers and more than 500 doctors attached. Delhi’s previous AAP government started the Mohalla clinic.

What Notice Said

“It was discussed that the extension and empanelment of existing doctors and paramedical staff shall continue under existing terms and conditions for a period of one year or until the new manpower for Ayushmann Arogya Mandir is appointed to serve areas currently covered by Mohalla clinic, whichever is earlier. Further, sufficient notice for the emancipation should be served to the empanelled human resources of Mohalla clinic as per the terms and conditions of empanelment stated in the meeting,” according to the national media

A total of 1,139 Ayushmann Arogya Mandirs were set up in Delhi, out of which 123 have been approved under NHM for the financial year 2025-26. A total of 553 Mohalla clinics are currently operational in Delhi, out of which around 70 are to be upgraded to Ayushman Aarogya Mandir.

Ben & Jerry’s Co-Founder Ben Cohen Arrested for Protesting U.S. Support of Israel During Senate Hearing

Ben Cohen, co-founder of the renowned ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s and a vocal advocate for progressive causes, was arrested on Capitol Hill this Wednesday during a Senate hearing after vocally opposing the United States’ continued military support to Israel amid the ongoing war in Gaza.

The protest erupted about 15 minutes into a congressional hearing where Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was testifying on proposed structural changes to federal health agencies and the agency’s budget. Cohen, 74, stood from the public seating area and began shouting at lawmakers: “Congress pays for bombs.” Capitol Police quickly intervened, handcuffing Cohen and escorting him out of the hearing room. Six other activists were also detained during the demonstration.

“You’re killing poor kids in Gaza and paying for it by cutting Medicaid for kids here,” Cohen shouted before being removed. As he was led away by officers, he added, “Let food into Gaza.” The incident has sparked widespread attention, with videos of Cohen being taken out of the chamber, hands behind his back, circulating widely on social media.

What Charges Cohen is Facing After Protest?

Cohen was formally charged under a District of Columbia law that prohibits “crowding, obstructing or incommoding,” a regulation frequently applied in cases of peaceful civil disobedience. If convicted, Cohen could face up to 90 days in jail, a fine of $500, or both, according to Capitol Police.

Following his release, Cohen spoke to AFP, expressing frustration over what he sees as the U.S. government’s misplaced priorities. “It got to a point where we had to do something,” he said. Describing the situation as “scandalising,” he condemned the approval of “$20 billion worth of bombs” for Israel, arguing that such military expenditures come at the cost of domestic welfare programs like Medicaid.

Cohen further stressed the moral dimensions of the issue: “Condoning and being complicit in the slaughter of tens of thousands of people strikes at the core of us as far as human beings and what our country stands for.” He added, “If you spent half of that money making lives better around the world, I think there’d be a whole lot less friction.”

Cohen Protested Amid Tight Security

Referencing a parenting analogy, he remarked, “You go to a three-year-old who goes around hitting people and you say ‘Use your words.’ There’s issues between countries but you can work them out without killing.”

The protest came amid heightened scrutiny of U.S. foreign policy and a growing division in public opinion. “The majority of Americans hate what’s going on, what our country is doing with our money and in our name,” said Cohen, citing widespread public discontent with the U.S. government’s role in the Israel-Gaza conflict.

This isn’t the first time Cohen has faced arrest due to political activism. In 2023, he was taken into custody outside the Department of Justice while demonstrating for the release of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Back in 2021, Ben & Jerry’s made headlines for ceasing sales in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, further highlighting the company’s stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Gaza Continues to Face Issues

The humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to intensify. According to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Health Ministry, over 52,928 people, mostly civilians, have been killed in the Israeli military offensive since the war began in response to Hamas’ October 7, 2023, attack on Israel, which left 1,218 Israelis dead, primarily civilians.
