Tahawwur Rana की आखिरी कोशिश भी हुई नाकाम! US सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिया झटका, अब भारत आएगा मुंबई हमले का दोषी।

मुंबई आतंकी हमलों के गुनहगार तहव्वुर राणा (Tahawwur Rana extradition) को एक बार फिर झटका लगा है। भारत में अपने प्रत्यर्पण के खिलाफ अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर उसकी याचिका खारिज कर दी गई है। Tahawwur Rana ने याचिका में दावा किया था कि चूंकि वह पाकिस्तानी मूल का मुसलमान है इसलिए उसे भारत में प्रताड़ित किया जाएगा। याचिका में राणा ने तर्क दिया कि भारत में मुकदमे का सामना करने के लिए उसके जिंदा बचे रहने की संभावना कम होगी। इसके लिए राणा ने अपनी गंभीर बीमारियों सहित कई कारकों का हवाला दिया। हालांकि कोर्ट ने Plea खारिज कर दी। मुंबई आतंकवादी हमले के आरोपी तहव्वुर राणा ने भारत प्रत्यर्पण पर रोक लगाने के अनुरोध वाली Plea शीर्ष अदालत से खारिज किए जाने के बाद मुख्य न्यायाधीश जॉन रॉबर्ट्स के समक्ष अब एक नयी अर्जी दाखिल की है।

याचिका में प्रताड़ना का दिखाया था डर

राणा (Tahawwur Rana extradition) ने इस याचिका में दावा किया था कि चूंकि वह पाकिस्तानी मूल का मुसलमान है, इसलिए उसे वहां प्रताड़ित किया जाएगा। याचिका में राणा ने तर्क दिया कि भारत में मुकदमे का सामना करने के लिए उसके जिंदा बचे रहने की संभावना कम होगी। इसके लिए राणा ने अपनी गंभीर बीमारियों सहित कई कारकों का हवाला दिया। राणा ने याचिका के गुण-दोष के आधार पर (Including The Closing Of All Appeals) अपने प्रत्यर्पण और भारत के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण पर रोक लगाने की मांग की थी। याचिका में राणा ने दलील दी थी कि भारत में उसका प्रत्यर्पण अमेरिकी कानून और यातना के संदर्भ में संयुक्त राष्ट्र का भी उल्लंघन है। याचिका में कहा गया था कि ‘यह मानने के लिए पर्याप्त आधार हैं कि यदि उसे भारत प्रत्यर्पित किया जाता है तो याचिकाकर्ता पर प्रताड़ना का खतरा होगा।

26/11 हमले का मास्टरमाइंड Tahawwur Rana

बता दें कि 64 वर्षीय राणा, पाकिस्तानी मूल का एक कनाडाई नागरिक है। वह वर्तमान में लास एंजिलिस के एक डिटेंशन सेंटर में बंद है। राणा पर आरोप है कि 26/11 हमले के सिलसिले में उसने अपने सहयोगी Devid Colman Headley की मदद की थी। Headley को दाऊद गिलानी के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। 26 नवंबर, 2008 की रात को 10 चरमपंथियों (Extremists) ने मुंबई की कई इमारतों पर एक साथ हमला किया था. इस हमले में 164 लोग मारे गए. कार्रवाई में नौ Extremists भी मारे गए। भारत का आरोप है कि ये चरमपंथी पाकिस्तान की धरती पर सक्रिय चरमपंथी संगठन लश्कर-ए-तैय्यबा से जुड़े थे। लेकिन इस हमले में अजमल कसाब बच गया, जिसे नवंबर 2012 में फांसी दे दी गई। भारतीय एजेंसियों की ओर से पाकिस्तानी-अमेरिकी नागरिक Devid Colman Headley के ख़िलाफ़ जारी जांच में एक नाम बार-बार आ रहा था, और वो नाम था तहव्वुर हुसैन राना! शिकागो में कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच चार हफ़्ते तक चले मुक़दमे के दौरान राना के बारे में कई जानकारियां सामने आईं थीं। इस मुक़दमे की सबसे अहम बात ये रही कि Headley तहव्वुर राना के ख़िलाफ़ सरकारी गवाह बन गया। उसके पास अमेरिकी नागरिकता थी। उसकी मां अमेरिकी और पिता पाकिस्तानी थे। Headley मुंबई हमलों के मुख्य साजिशकर्ताओं में से एक है।अमेरिकी अधिकारियों ने उसे अक्टूबर, 2009 में गिरफ्तार किया था।

ट्रंप ने भारत भेजने की कही थी बात

गौरतलब है कि राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने पिछले महीने घोषणा की थी कि उनके प्रशासन ने 26/11 हमलों में भूमिका के लिए भारतीय जांच एजेंसियों द्वारा वांछित आतंकवादी राणा के प्रत्यर्पण को ”भारत में न्याय का सामना करने” के लिए मंजूरी दे दी है। जनवरी में भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राणा की समीक्षा याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। इसके बाद ट्रंप की ओर से यह बयान आया था। राणा की याचिका खारिज होने के बाद अब उसके भारत प्रत्यर्पण का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। हालांकि अभी उसकी वापसी की तारीख निश्चित नहीं है। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि जल्दी ही वह भारत आ सकता है। भारत सरकार लंबे समय से राणा के प्रत्यर्पण की मांग कर रही थी। भारत आने के बाद उस पर मुकदमा चलाया जाएगा।

Cyclone Alfred Likely to Hit Gold Coast of Australia Soon

Along the shores of Gold Coast, Australia, authorities have been warning residents to stay indoors. Dangerous winds give a hint of the coming of the cyclone Alfred. The die-hard surfers of Australia are also giving the word of caution.

Even though the path of the cyclone has been slowed in the recent days, it still seems to move erratically, according to the experts. The cyclone falls under the category two system and is likely to touch the coastline late Friday or early Saturday morning.

“Category two system means winds near the centre up to 95 km/h (59 mph,) which gush up to 130 km/h,” says Matthew Collopsy of the Bureau of Meteorology.

Dangers of the Cyclone

The cyclone appears to be dangerous as many people living along the coast are going to lose their homes. Cyclone Alfred is also expected to dump more than 800 mm of rain in a large area of South Queensland and north New South Wales. In these places, flash and riverine flooding are the biggest concern because of their low-lying surface.

In response to the cyclone, nearly 1000 schools have been closed. Public transport is also suspended while airports are shut. The situation will remain so until Sunday.

The area of Queensland in Australia is no stranger to cyclones because it has been a disaster-prone state, but Cyclone Alfred will travel more southward.

ट्रेनिंग के 8 घंटे बाद ही आसमान छूने निकल पड़ी थीं Sarla Thukral, कुछ ऐसी है भारत की पहली महिला पायलट की कहानी

क्‍या आपको पता है कि विश्‍व में सबसे ज्‍यादा महिला पायलट किस देश में हैं। अगर नहीं तो बता दें कि भारत किसी भी अन्य देश की तुलना में महिला पायलटों के अनुपात में सबसे ऊपर है। यहां के आसमान में महिलाएं राज करती हैं। इस समय Indian Airlines कंपनियों में करीब 12.4% महिला पायलट हैं, जो विश्व में औसत 5.4% से काफी अधिक है। देश की महिलाओं को आसमान में उड़ने के लिए पंख दिए थे भारत की पहली महिला पायलट Sarla Thukral ने! इन्‍होंने अपनी पहली सोलो फ्लाइट साड़ी पहनकर उड़ाई थी। पायलट ट्रेनिंग के लिए Sarla का दाखिला उनके ससुर ने जोधपुर फ्लाइंग क्‍लब में करवाया। जिस फ्लाइंग क्‍लब ने आज से पहले कोई लड़की नहीं देखी थी, आज वहां एक महिला साड़ी पहनकर प्लेन चलाना सीखने आई थी! Sarla Thukral को हैरान नज़रों से देखने वाले तब ये नहीं जानते थे कि साड़ी में लिपटी ये महिला एक दिन इतिहास में अपना नाम दर्ज़ करवा लेगी।

Sarla Thukral का जीवन परिचय

Sarla Thukral का जन्‍म 8 अगस्‍त 1914 को दिल्ली के एक नामी परिवार में हुआ था। सरला की शादी महज 16 साल की उम्र में पायलट D P Sharma के साथ हो गई थी। सरला को लोग प्यार से मति कहते थे। सरला की शादी जिस परिवार में हुई थी उस परिवार के सभी 9 सदस्य पायलट थे। शादी के बाद P D Sharma ने सरला में उड़ान भरने और विमानों के बारे में जानने की जिज्ञासा देखकर उन्हे पायलट बनने के लिए कहा। Sarla के लिए ये बात हैरान करने वाली थी,क्यूंकि 1914 में घर की चारदीवारी ही एक स्त्री का आसमान थी। शुरुआत में तो समाज के डर से सरला ने कई बार मना किया, पर आखिर में उनके पति ने उन्हें मना ही लिया। इतना ही नहीं, सरला के परिवार में बाकी सब भी खुश थे कि वो पायलट बनने के लिए तैयार हैं।

1936 में पहली बार उड़ाया Gypsy Moth Plane

पायलट ट्रेनिंग के लिए सरला का दाखिला उनके ससुर ने Jodhpur Flying Club में करवाया। इस फ्लाइंग क्‍लब ने आज से पहले कोई लड़की नहीं देखी थी आज वहां एक महिला साड़ी पहनकर प्लेन चलाना सीखने आई थी। फ्लाइंग स्कूल के लिए ये एक बहुत ही अलग स्थिति थी। Plane को किताबों के पन्नों पर देखने वाली Sarla का वास्तविक रूप से Plane से आमना सामना यहीं हुआ। सरला की रूचि अपने काम के प्रति इतनी अधिक थी कि हर सवाल का जवाब उनकी ज़ुबान पर था। सरला की इस हाजिर जवाबी को उनके ट्रेनर ने देखा और महज़ 8 घंटे के अंदर ही उन्हें सरला की काबिलियत पर विश्वास हो गया। सरला ने Jodhpur Flying Club में ट्रेनिंग ली। ट्रेनिंग के दौरान, पहली बार उन्होंने साल 1936 में Lahaur में, Gypsy Moth नाम का दो सीटर विमान उड़ाया। इस दौरान उन्होंने भारतीय परंपरा का मान रखते हुए साड़ी पहनकर अपनी पहली सोलो फ्लाइट में उड़ान भरी थी। उस दिन सरला ने न सिर्फ अपना फ्लाइंग टेस्ट पास किया, बल्कि उन्होंने सोच लिया कि वो इसे और आगे तक ले जाएंगी। जब सरला ने अपनी पहली उड़ान भरी, तो वह न सिर्फ शादीशुदा थी, बल्कि एक 4 साल की बेटी की मां भी थीं।

इस तरह बनीं पहली महिला पायलट (First Indian Woman Pilot Sarla Thukral)

फ्लाइंग टेस्ट पास करने के बाद सरला अंदर से पायलट बनने के लिए तैयार हो चुकी थीं। सरला को अपना पहला ‘A’ लाइसेंस हासिल करने के लिए करीब 1000 घंटे तक प्लेन उड़ाने का अनुभव करना था। वह उस समय महज 21 साल की ही थीं, जब उन्होंने ये कारनामा करके दिखाया और ऐसा करने वाली भारत की पहली महिला बनीं। पहला लाइसेंस मिलने के सरला ने Commercial Pilot का लाइसेंस लेने का प्‍लान बनाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने जोधपुर में टेस्ट देना था, लेकिन इससे पहले ही उन्हें खबर मिली की एक प्लेन हादसे में उनके पति की मौत हो गयी है। ये सदमा उनके लिए बहुत बड़ा था, मगर उनके पति की इच्छा थी कि सरला एक पायलट बनें। इसलिए Sarla ने जोधपुर जाकर अपनी ट्रेनिंग पूरी की। उन्होंने अपना लाइसेंस भी हासिल कर लिया और सोचा कि एयरलाइन्स में अपना करियर शुरू करें। मगर उससे पहले ही दूसरा विश्व युद्ध शुरू हो गया, जिसके कारण सरला को जोधपुर से लाहौर वापस आना पड़ा।

शुरू किया दूसरा करियर

इन विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी सरला ठकराल ने हार नहीं मानी। उन्होंने लाहौर के Mayo School Of Arts (अब National College Of Arts) से फाइन आर्ट्स और चित्रकला की पढ़ाई पूरी की। फाइन आर्ट्स और चित्रकला का अध्ययन करने के बाद उन्होंने पेंटिंग और डिजाइनिंग से अपने नए करियर की शुरुआत की। महिलाओं के बीच उनके बनाए डिज़ाइन काफी प्रसिद्ध भी हुए। दूसरे विश्व युद्ध के बाद जैसे ही उन्हें लगा कि उनका बिजनेस सही से चल पड़ा है, उससे पहले ही देश का बंटवारा हो गया। लाहौर अब पाकिस्तान का हिस्सा बन चुका था, जिसके कारण उन्‍हें अपनी दोनों बच्चियों के साथ भारत वापस आना पड़ा। यहां पर उन्होंने परिवार के लिए अपना बिजनेस फिर से खड़ा किया। Vijay Lakshmi Pandit जैसी महिलाओं को उनके बनाए डिजाइन काफी पसंद आए। कई सालों तक सरला इसी तरह से अपना बिजनेस चलाती रहीं और अंततः 15 मार्च 2008 को उनका निधन हो गया। देश के बंटवारे के कारण Sarla Thukral भले ही आसमान में अपनी उड़ान देर तक नहीं भर पाईं, लेकिन चारदीवारी में दम तोड़ते हजारों पंखों को उड़ान भरने की ताकत वे दे गईं।

South Korea Air Force Apologises After Accidentally Dropping Bomb in Civilian District

South Korea’s Air Force apologised after a pair of its KF-16 aircraft accidentally dropped eight bombs in a civilian district on Thursday. The incident occurred during a live-fire military exercise and killed 15 people in the South Korean city Pocheon near North Korea. The defence ministry stated that the training drill was related to a joint drill with the US forces.

Post Accident

South Korea’s Air Force is investigating the incident and apologised for the damage, adding that it would provide compensation to those affected. According to local media reports, two people suffer fractures. One church building and many houses have been damaged. Currently, the authorities have evacuated the residence and a bomb disposal team is working on safely disposing any unexploded bombs.

Firing exercises near civilian residences sometimes cause noise and the falling of disposed shells. However, these drills rarely cause injuries. But in this case, the military said that the pilot of one of the jets put the wrong coordinates by mistake. This caused the accidental bomb drop in the civilian community. The reason for the second jet dropping the bomb is yet to be found by the investigators.

Tripura Faces Alarming HIV Outbreak Linked to Student Drug Abuse

Tripura, India: According to recent data from the Tripura State AIDS Control Society (TSACS), over 800 students have tested positive for HIV since 2007, with 47 deaths. This alarming rise in HIV cases is being attributed to the growing problem of injectable drug use among students in the state.

TSACS Project Director Dr. Samarpita Dutta stated that 87% of HIV infections are in the 15-30 age group, with even some students under 15 confirmed as injectable drug users. The HIV positivity rate among intravenous drug users has risen from 5% pre-COVID to 10% post-COVID.

While exploring the main cause of rising number of HIV case amongst students are due to Drug consumption.

The project director of Tripura State Aids Control Society Mrs. Samarpita Dutta have said that the maximum number of HIV positive cases are fall out of Drug consumption through Intravenous method of Drug consumption amongst students which is a matter of concern.

“Tripura government have been running awareness drive across educational institutions over several years now. After Dr. Manik Saha assuming the office of Chief Minister, Government have made it mandatory for all private and government aided schools to undertake special classes every week to teach students about AIDS and harmful consequences of Drugs Consumption”, said Ajoy Pal, a teacher.

On ground we tried to understand the perennial source of Drugs amongst students in Tripura. We, met few victims who have been diagnosed with HIV positive and have been consuming drugs by IV method for several years.

He is a 22 year old student studying Civil Engineering. He have been addicted since he was 15 years old. He got addicted to Drugs from his friends and have been consuming Heroine by intravenous method eversince. His father was a Principal in a reputed School in Agartala and mother is an Architectural Engineer in Dubai.

Case Study 2

He is a 23 year old boy who have been an addict since last several years. His father is an auto driver and mother is a house wife. He said that procuring drugs is easy in city. He shared that first the drugs are made available in abundance and after one become an addict, they can go to any extent to procure the drugs from peddler.

Case study 3

He is a boy in late 20s. He was a professional football player represented Tripura in many stages. But he got addicted to drugs from his friends and after he became an addict , he involved in antisocial activities to raise money for purchasing drugs. He was arrested by police for antisocial activities, four years ago, he was sent to a rehab in Kolkata and Guwahati and he has now taken initiative to educate students and rehabilitate students who have fallen prey to drugs.

Sources reveal that the Drugs in different forms are being pushed by Drug lords from Myanmar through Mizoram border and enters the state of Tripura and Assam.

Sources in Narcotics Control Bureau have also raised alarm against the consumption of Restricted Pharmacy drugs like Bufferine Morphine, Pentozocine, Diazepam, Tramadol. Recent study shows that in absence of conventional drugs, addicted students prefer consuming Restricted Pharmacy Drugs which as not very hard to procure.

“Holi comes once a year, Friday namaz 52 times”: UP Police’s Remark Sparks Row

A Sambhal police officer’s comments regarding Holi celebrations have sparked a strong reaction from opposition parties, who accused him of bias. On Thursday, Circle Officer (CO) Anuj Chaudhary, speaking after a peace committee meeting at the Kotwali police station, made a statement about those feeling uncomfortable with Holi colors. He suggested that people who feel uneasy should stay indoors during the festival. The officer pointed out that while Holi is a once-a-year event, Friday prayers happen 52 times annually. His remarks raised concern among opposition leaders, who questioned his impartiality.

“Holi is a festival that comes once a year, whereas Friday prayers take place 52 times in a year. If anyone feels uncomfortable with the colours of Holi, they should stay indoors on that day. Those who step out should have a broad mindset, as festivals are meant to be celebrated together,” PTI quoted the officer as saying.

Officer’s Remarks Sparks Controversy

This statement comes just days before Holi, which coincides with the Friday prayers during the ongoing month of Ramzan. The officer emphasised the importance of communal harmony and stressed that the peace committee meetings, which had been taking place for over a month, aimed to ensure smooth celebrations. He also urged both Hindu and Muslim communities to respect each other’s sentiments and avoid forcefully applying colour to anyone who does not wish to participate.

“Just as Muslims eagerly await Eid, Hindus look forward to Holi. People celebrate by applying colours, sharing sweets, and spreading joy. Similarly, on Eid, people prepare special dishes and embrace each other in celebration. The essence of both the festivals is togetherness and mutual respect,” he said.

Despite his intention to maintain peace, Chaudhary’s comments were criticised by opposition leaders. Samajwadi Party spokesperson Sharvendra Bikram Singh condemned the remarks, claiming the officer was acting in favor of the BJP. He argued, “The officers are imitating what they hear from the chief minister to stay in his good books. Action should be taken against those who make such statements and openly display their bias.”

Calls for Secural Governance

Similarly, Manish Hindvi, Vice Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Media Committee, warned that such comments could lead to unrest. “An officer, regardless of who they are, must be secular; only then can governance function properly in this country. Otherwise, it will lead to anarchy,” he said. Hindvi also expressed concern over the officer’s duty to ensure security for everyone, regardless of their religious background.

The controversy over the officer’s remarks comes after a violent incident in November 2024 in Sambhal, where clashes erupted during protests over a court-ordered survey of a Mughal-era mosque, leading to deaths and injuries. With tensions high, Chaudhary reiterated the administration’s commitment to maintaining peace, warning against any efforts to disturb communal harmony during this sensitive time.

भैया जी जोशी के बयान पर Maharashtra Assembly में हंगामा, CM Devendra Fadnavis बोले- मराठी महाराष्ट्र की भाषा। Maharashtra Assembly में फिर एक बार मराठी भाषा का मुद्दा उठा। RSS संघ के सरकार्यवाहक रहे भैया जी जोशी के बयान पर हंगामा मच गया। बाद में मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस को इस मामले में सरकार का रुख स्पष्ट करना पड़ा। मगर मुख्यमंत्री के बयान के बाद सदन में शिवसेना (UBT) और भाजपा विधायकों के बीच बहस इतनी बढ़ गई कि अध्यक्ष को सदन की कार्यवाही 5 मिनट के लिए स्थगित करनी पड़ी।

CM ने कहा-मराठी सीखना हर मुंबईकर का कर्तव्य

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) के सरकार्यवाहक रहे भैया जी जोशी के बयान पर Maharashtra Assembly में जमकर हंगामा मचा। बवाल अधिक बढ़ने पर 5 मिनट तक सदन को स्थगित करना पड़ा। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने भी बयान पर अपना रुख स्पष्ट किया। विधानसभा में सीएम देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने जोर देकर कहा कि मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र और राज्य सरकार की भाषा मराठी है। यहां रहने वाले लोगों को इसे सीखना चाहिए। मराठी राज्य की संस्कृति और पहचान का हिस्सा है। इसे सीखना हर मुंबईकर का कर्तव्य है। CM Devendra Fadnavis के बयान के बाद महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा में भाजपा और शिवसेना (UBT) नेताओं के बीच तीखी बहस हुई। मामला अधिक बढ़ने पर विधानसभा की कार्यवाही को पांच मिनट के लिए स्थगित करना पड़ा।

क्या कहा था भैया जी जोशी ने

मुंबई में बुधवार को एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान भैया जी जोशी ने कहा था कि मुंबई की कोई भाषा नहीं है, क्यूंकि मुंबई में हर भाषा, प्रांत के लोग रहते है। इसलिए मुंबई में रहने वाले हर किसी को मराठी जानना जरूरी नहीं है। हालांकि बाद में उन्होंने स्पष्टीकरण दिया की उनकी बात को तोड़ मरोड़कर मुद्दा बनाया जा रहा है। इसके बाद विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे को विधानसभा में उठाया और सरकार से अपना रुख स्पष्ट करने की मांग की।

CM Fadnavis-भाषा नीति से कोई समझौता नहीं

शिवसेना (UBT) विधायक भास्कर जाधव ने गुरुवार को विधानसभा में इस मुद्दे पर राज्य सरकार का रुख जानना चाहा। जवाब में CM Fadnavis ने कहा कि सरकार की स्थिति स्पष्ट है। मुंबई और महाराष्ट्र की प्राथमिक भाषा मराठी है। हर नागरिक को इसे सीखना चाहिए। सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य की भाषा नीति से कोई समझौता नहीं किया। सीएम फडणवीस ने आगे कहा कि मराठी को महाराष्ट्र में सम्मान और संरक्षण दिया जाएगा। यह भाषा महाराष्ट्र की सांस्कृतिक विरासत का अभिन्न अंग है। उन्होंने सभी नागरिकों से मराठी भाषा का सम्मान करने और इसे अपने दैनिक जीवन में अपनाने की अपील की।

भैया जी जोशी के बयान पर Shivsena (UBT) नेता आदित्य ठाकरे ने कहा कि Maharashtra में रहने वाला मराठी न जाने, यह संभव नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र की भाषा मराठी ही रहेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बाहर से लोग हमारे प्रदेश में आते हैं और यहां बस जाते हैं। यहां की भाषा मराठी है जैसे तमिलनाडु की तमिल और कर्नाटक की कन्नड़। हर राज्य में वहीं की भाषा बोली जाती है, इसलिए महाराष्ट्र की भाषा भी मराठी ही रहेगी। भाजपा की विचारधारा महाराष्ट्र का अपमान करने की है। आदित्य ठाकरे ने कहा, “कल सुरेश भैया जी ने कहा कि घाटकोपर में भाषा गुजराती हो सकती है, मगर यह बिल्कुल संभव नहीं है। मुंबई की भाषा मराठी है। इस सरकार ने मुंबई में मराठी भाषा भवन को भी बंद कर दिया, क्योंकि वे महाराष्ट्र और मराठी भाषा का अपमान करना चाहते हैं।” गौरतलब है कि मुंबई में पहले भी मराठी-गैरमराठी मुद्दा उठता रहा है। कभी परप्रान्तीय कहकर, तो कभी गैरभाषी कहकर लोगों पर हमले होते रहे हैं, जबकि मुंबई बहुभाषी, बहुप्रांतीय, बहुसांस्कृतिक रहन सहन के लिए जानी जाती है जहां देश के हर प्रांत के लोग रहते हैं।

एल एंड टी के चेयरमैन एस एन सुब्रमण्यन (SN Subrahmanyan) अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस से ठीक पहले (International Women Day) घोषणा की है कि कंपनी में काम करने वाली महिलाएं पीरियड्स (Menstrual Leave) के दिनों में एक दिन की छुट्टी ले सकेंगी। इस कंपनी में 60000 कर्मचारियों में महिला कर्मचारी लगभग 9 प्रतिशत हैं। उनके इस फैसले से लगभग 5 हजार महिलाओं को फायदा मिलेगा। हम आपको बता दें कि एल एंड टी के चेयरमैन एस एन सुब्रमण्यन (L&T Chairman SN Subrahmanyan) ने कुछ दिनों पहले कहा था कि कर्मचारियों को एक हफ्ते में 90 घंटे काम करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने इतना तक कह दिया था कि कोई पति घर में अपनी पत्नी को कितनी देर तक घूर सकता है।

MP के Ratlam में GD अस्पताल ने की शर्मनाक हरकत

मध्य प्रदेश के Ratlam जिले से मानवता को शर्मसार कर देने वाला मामला आया है, जहां अस्पताल प्रशासन एक मरीज को वार्ड में बंधक बनाकर परिजनों को पैसे ऐंठ रहा था। आरोप है कि अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने ICU में भर्ती मरीज Banti Ninama को जबरन रोक रखा था और उसकी पत्नी से इलाज के नाम पर पैसे की मांग की। अस्पताल प्रशासन की गुंडागर्दी तब उजागर हुई जब बंटी ने खुद ICU से बाहर निकल कर हंगामा खड़ा कर दिया। इसके बाद से ही सोशल मीडिया पर अर्धनग्न अवस्था में मरीज का वीडियो तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। लोग अस्पताल प्रशासन के साथ ही सरकार पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक, एक विवाद में गंभीर रूप से घायल बंटी 2 मार्च को अस्पताल में भर्ती हुआ था। बंटी की पत्नी Laxmi Ninama का आरोप है कि अस्पताल ने उनसे पहले पैसे जमा करवा लिए। उसके बाद बताया कि उनका पति कोमा में चला गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि बंटी की रीढ़ की हड्डी टूट गई है और वह बोलने की स्थिति में नहीं है। इतना ही नहीं, इलाज ज़ारी रखने के लिए उससे और पैसों का इंतजाम करने को कहा गया। जब वह पैसे लेकर आई तो उसका पति स्वयं अस्पताल के बाहर निकल आया।

बंटी ने खुद बताई आपबीती

बंटी ने खुद ICU से बाहर आकर बताया कि उसे जबरदस्ती बंधक बनाया गया था। Banti Ninama ने आरोप लगाया कि वह होश में आने के बाद अपने परिवार से मिलने की गुहार लगा रहा था, लेकिन अस्पताल ने उसे रोक रखा था। ICU के बेड से उसके हाथ-पैर रस्सियों से बांध दिए गए थे और उसे बाहर नहीं निकलने दिया गया। अस्पताल से बाहर निकलते ही उसने इस बात की जानकारी पुलिस को दी, जिसके बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची।

Ratlam के GD अस्पताल ने दिए बेकार बहाने

Ratlam स्थित GD अस्पताल के मैनेजर नंदकिशोर पाटीदार ने अस्पताल के पक्ष में सफाई देते हुए कहा कि बंटी को सिर्फ उसकी सुरक्षा के लिए बांधा गया था, ताकि वह खुद को नुकसान न पहुंचा सके। अस्पताल प्रशासन का दावा है कि बंटी ने स्टाफ के साथ गाली-गलौज की और कैंची उठाकर हमला करने की कोशिश की। इसके बाद उसने माहौल बिगाड़ने की कोशिश की और अस्पताल से बाहर निकल गया। बंटी निनामा का मामला मध्य प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंच गया है। डिप्टी सीएम राजेंद्र शुक्ला ने कहा कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जा रही है। यदि अस्पताल पर लगे आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं तो कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। वहीं स्वास्थ्य विभाग मामले की सभी पहलुओं से जांच कर रहा है। GD अस्पताल पर Banti Ninama द्वारा लगाए आरोप यदि सही पाए जाते हैं तो क्या इसके बाद आप कभी किसी अस्पताल पर ईमानदारी बरतने का यकीन कर पाएंगे?
