Odisha Train Accident: ओडिशा में Bangalore-Kamakhya Express दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गयी है। दुर्घटनाग्रस्त कामाख्या एक्सप्रेस में कटिहार रेल मंडल के 204 यात्री सवार थे। इन यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए किशनगंज और बारसोई में हेल्पलाइन सेंटर खोला गया है। बैंगलोर-कामाख्या एसी सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस के 11 डिब्बे पटरी से उतर गए। Odisha Train Accident: Odisha Cuttak के नेरगुंडी स्टेशन के पास रविवार को 12551 Bangalore Kamakhya एसी सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस के 11 डिब्बे पटरी से उतर गए, जिसमें एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई और 8 घायल हो गए। पूर्व तट रेलवे के मुख्य जनसंपर्क अधिकारी (CPRO) अशोक कुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि SMVT बेंगलुरु-कामाख्या एसी एक्सप्रेस के 11 डिब्बे सुबह 11:54 बजे मंगुली के पास निरगुंडी में पटरी से उतर गए।
ट्रेन के 11 डिब्बे पटरी से उतरने के बाद राहत और बचाव कार्य तेज कर दिए गए हैं। Odisha Fire Service और NDRF की मदद से Resque Operation चलाया गया। पुलिस के अधिकारी भी राहत और बचाव कार्य में मदद पहुंचा रहे हैं। Odisha में चल रही Heat Wave के कारण कुछ यात्रियों की हालत ख़राब हो गई, जिन्हें मौके पर बने अस्थाई Medical Camp में फ़ौरी तौर पर राहत दी गई।

Bangalore Kamakhya सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन हादसे पर बोलते हुए, ईस्ट कोस्ट रेलवे के CPRO अशोक कुमार मिश्रा ने कहा, “12551 कामाख्या सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस के कुछ डिब्बों के पटरी से उतरने की सूचना मिली। अभी तक हमें सूचना मिली है कि 11 एसी डिब्बे पटरी से उतरे हैं। 1 यात्री की मौत हुई है और कुछ घायल हुए हैं। जहां तक हमें सूचना मिली है, दुर्घटना राहत ट्रेन, आपातकालीन चिकित्सा उपकरण भेजे गए हैं। डीआरएम खुर्दा रोड, जीएम/ईसीओआर और अन्य उच्च स्तरीय अधिकारी घटनास्थल पर पहुंच चुके हैं। जांच के बाद हमें Bangalore Kamakhya Express के पटरी से उतरने का कारण पता चलेगा। हमारी पहली प्राथमिकता मार्ग पर प्रतीक्षा कर रही ट्रेनों को डायवर्ट करना और बहाली का काम शुरू करना है।
ट्रेन हादसे पर असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने X पर एक पोस्ट डाला है। उन्होंने लिखा, “मुझे ओडिशा में 12551 कामाख्या एक्सप्रेस से जुड़ी घटना की जानकारी है। सीएमओ ओडिशा सरकार और रेलवे के संपर्क में है। हम प्रभावित हर व्यक्ति से संपर्क करेंगे।

Chaitra Navratri: पूरे देश भर में आज, 30 मार्च से आदिशक्ति मां दुर्गा की आराधना का पावन पर्व Chaitra Navratri का शुभारंभ बड़े धूमधाम से मनाया जा रहा है। श्रद्धालु आज से पूरे 9 दिनों तक व्रत उपवास और पूजा पाठ के द्वारा मां दुर्गा की आराधना के साथ नव वर्ष की शुरुआत करेंगे।
Chaitra Navratri: सनातन सभ्यता अति प्राचीन है। आदि काल में भारत भूमि पर तैंतीस कोटि देवी देवताओं का वास रहा है, जिनके स्वभाव, संस्कार, दृष्टि, वृत्ति व कर्म सदैव स्व-धर्म यानी आत्मिक शांति, सुख, प्रेम, पवित्रता, सदाचार, सहयोग व सद्भाव की रही है। सनातन संस्कृति की जननी हिंदू सभ्यता है, जिसमें हमारे पूर्वज देवी-देवताओं के पवित्र, सतोगुणी कर्म व जीवन प्रणाली का स्मरण करने हेतु अनेक पर्व-त्यौहार व उत्सव मनाए जाते हैं। चैत्र शुक्ल प्रतिपदा, यानि Chaitra Navratri विशेष उत्सव है, जिसे हिंदू नववर्ष के रूप में मनाया जाता है। कहते हैं, इसी दिन से आदि पिता ब्रह्मा ने सृष्टि रचने का कार्य प्रारंभ किया। जिस प्रकार सूर्योदय से पूर्व काल को अमृत वेला कहते हैं, वैसे पूरे साल के लिए हमारी वृति, वातावरण, आचरण, प्रवृत्ति व पर्यावरण को नए सिरे से स्वस्थ, स्वच्छ, संतुलित, सुखद, समृद्ध व शक्तिशाली बनाने की शुभ वेला भी यह तिथि यानि Chaitra Navratri है।

Chaitra Navratri से नव वर्ष की शुरुआत

यह भी मान्यता है कि Chaitra Navratri: स्त्री के आदिशक्ति जगतजननी मां दुर्गा रूप का उत्सव हिंदू नववर्ष में Navratri आदि पर्वों का मूल उद्देश्य है, श्रद्धालुओं को दैवी गुणों, सनातनी संस्कृति, सात्विक खानपान, स्वस्थ जीवनशैली की ओर प्रेरित करना, लोगों को आध्यात्मिक मार्ग पर अग्रसर कराना, मानव जीवन और समाज में दया, करुणा, मैत्री, स्नेह, एकता, भाईचारा व वसुधैव कुटुंबकम जैसे सकारात्मक गुण, शक्ति, वैश्विक मूल्य, आदर्श, सनातनी संकल्प व श्रेष्ठ संस्कारों को बढ़ावा देना। संपूर्ण ब्रह्मांड की उत्पत्ति का मूल कारण शक्ति (Chaitra Navratri 2025) ही है, जिसे ब्रह्मा विष्‍णु व महेश तीनों ने मिलकर मां नवदुर्गा के रूप में सृजित किया। इसलिए मां दुर्गा में ब्रह्मा विष्‍णु एवं शिव तीनों की शक्तियां समाई हुई हैं। जगत की उत्पत्ति, पालन एवं लय, तीनों व्यवस्थाएं जिस शक्ति के आधीन संपादित होती हैं वही हैं पराम्बा मां भगवती आदिशक्ति।
Chaitra Navratri का आध्यात्मिक और वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से अत्यंत महत्व है। नवरात्र देवी भगवती की उपासना के माध्यम से आत्मिक शक्ति, मानसिक शांति और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ाने का एक दुर्लभ अवसर होता है। Navratri के 9 दिनों में आहार-विहार का संयम व्यक्ति की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाने और आंतरिक शक्तियों को जाग्रत करने का कार्य करता है। देवी दुर्गा इच्छा, ज्ञान और क्रिया शक्ति की प्रतीक हैं। वह संपूर्ण ब्रह्मांड की आधारभूत और क्रियात्मक शक्ति के रूप में आराधित होती हैं। Navratri का माहात्म्य सर्वोपरि इसलिए भी है, क्यूंकि इसी कालखंड में देवताओं ने दैत्यों से परास्त होकर आद्या शक्ति की प्रार्थना की थी और उनकी पुकार सुनकर देवी मां का आविर्भाव हुआ। उनके प्राकट्य से दैत्यों के संहार करने पर देवी मां की स्तुति देवताओं ने की थी। Navratri राक्षस महिषासुर पर देवी मां दुर्गा की विजय का प्रतीक है, जो नकारात्मकता के विनाश और जीवन में सकारात्मकता के पुनरुद्धार का प्रतीक है।
निराकार परमेश्वर, जो न स्त्री है न पुरुष, को जब सृष्टि की रचना करनी होती है तो वे आदि पराशक्ति के इच्छा रूप में ब्रह्मांड की रचना, जननी रूप में संसार का पालन और क्रिया रूप में पूरे ब्रह्मांड को गति तथा बल प्रदान करते हैं। नवरात्र मां के अलग-अलग रूप के अविलोकन करने का दिव्य पर्व है। माना जाता है कि Navratri में किए गए प्रयास, शुभ-संकल्प बल के सहारे देवी दुर्गा की कृपा से सफल होते हैं। काम, क्रोध, मद, मत्सर, लोभ आदि जितनी भी राक्षसी प्रवृतियां हैं, उसका हनन करके उनपर विजय पाने के प्रतीकात्मक रूप में Navratri का उत्सव मनाया जाता है।

स्त्री के शक्ति और जननी रूप की आराधना का पर्व Navratri

व्यक्ति जीवनभर या पूरे वर्षभर में जो भी कार्य करते-करते थक जाता है, तो इससे मुक्त होने के लिए इन नौ दिनों में शरीर की, मन की, और बुद्धि में शुद्धि के लिए, सत्व शुद्धि के लिए व्रत-तप कर पवित्र होने का पर्व है Navratri! नवरात्र का उत्सव बुराइयों से दूर रहने का प्रतीक है। यह लोगों को जीवन में उचित एवं पवित्र कार्य करने और सदाचार अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। इस पर्व पर सकारात्मक दिशा में कार्य करने पर मंथन करना चाहिए, ताकि समाज में सद्भाव के वातावरण का निर्माण हो सके। Navratri आहार की शुद्धि के साथ मंत्र की उपासना का भी काल है।
देवी दुर्गा के नौ स्वरूपों की आराधना का यह पर्व हमें मातृशक्ति की उपासना तथा सम्मान की प्रेरणा देता है। समाज में नारी के महत्व को प्रदर्शित करने वाला यह पर्व हमारी संस्कृति एवं परंपरा का प्रतीक है। मां ही आदिशक्ति हैं, मां ही सर्वगुणों का आधार हैं, राम-कृष्ण, गौतम, कणाद आदि ऋषि-मुनियों, वीर-वीरांगनाओं की जननी हैं। नारी इस सृष्टि और प्रकृति की ‘जननी’ है। नारी के बिना तो सृष्टि की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती। जीवन के सकल भ्रम, भय, अज्ञान और अल्पता का भंजन एवं अंतःकरण के चिर-स्थायी समाधान करने में समर्थ है विश्वजननी कल्याणी ललिता राजराजेश्वरी पराशक्ति श्री मां दुर्गा जी की उपासना का यह दिव्य पर्व (Chaitra Navratri) चैत्र नवरात्र!

Gujarat Titans Beat Mumbai Indians by 36 Runs in IPL 2025

The Gujarat Titans (GT) secured their first victory in the IPL 2025 season against Mumbai Indians (MI) by 36 runs at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Saturday. GT, led by Shubman Gill, showcased an impressive all-round performance, leaving MI winless after two matches this season.
GT was invited to bat first and posed a competitive score of 196/8. Sai Sudharsan continued to be in a fine form, scoring 63 runs off 41 balls, supported by Shubman Gill’s 38 runs off 27 deliveries. The duo gave GT a strong start, accumulating 78 runs for the opening wicket. Furthermore, Jos Buttler contributed a quick 39 runs off 24 balls before falling to Mujeeb Ur Rahman. Despite losing wickets in the death overs, Sherfane Rutherford’s 18 runs off 11 runs helped GT finish on a high note.
Mumbai’s bowlers struggled in the initial stage but made an excellent comeback in the final overs. Trent Boult and Mujeeb Ur Rahman were instrumental in restricting Gujarat under the 200-mark, scalping crucial wickets during the closing stages.

Mumbai’s Chase

Mumbai Indians’ chase of 197 runs started off on a shaky start as Mohammed Siraj dismissed both Rohit Sharma (8 off 4) and Ryan Rickelton (6 off 9) early in the innings. Suryakumar Yadav (48 off 28) and Tilak Varma (39 off 36) steadied the match with a partnership of 62 runs. However, Prasidh Krishna (2/18 in four overs) broke their momentum, dismissing both batters at critical junctures.
Hardik Pandya’s return to Ahmedabad was far from ideal as he managed only 11 runs before Kagiso Rabada got his wicket. MI’s lower order failed to accelerate against GT’s skilful bowling attack, eventually finishing at 160/6 in their allotted overs.
The GT’ bowlers delivered under pressure, with Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj leading the charge. Their economical spells ensured MI never gained control of the chase. GT’s fielding also played a pivotal role, with Shubman Gill and Rahul Tewatia taking key catches to dismiss MI’s top scorers.
This victory marked Gujarat Titans’ first win of IPL 2025 after their narrow defeat against Punjab Kings earlier this week. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians remain winless and will need to regroup quickly to turn their campaign around.

Myanmar में 7.7 तीव्रता के भीषण भूकंप से भारी तबाही हुई है जिसमें 1000 से अधिक लोगों की मौत होने की ख़बर है। भारत ने Myanmar Earthquake पीड़ितों के लिए Operation Brahma के तहत राहत सामग्री और आवश्यक सहायता भेजी है। भारतीय वायुसेना का सी-130 विमान 15 टन राहत सामग्री लेकर Yangon पहुंचा। भारतीय नौसेना के INS Satpuda और INS Savitri, Myanmar के Yangon Port पोर्ट पहुंचे, 40 टन मानवीय सहायता लेकर! भूकंप से तबाह Myanmar में भारत ने एक फिर ‘First Responder’ की भूमिका निभाई है।

भारतीय विदेश मंत्री S Jaishankar ने दी जानकारी

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर (S Jaishankar) ने X पर पोस्ट कर बताया, Operation Brahma के तहत भारतीय नौसेना के जहाज INS सतपुड़ा और INS सावित्री 40 टन मानवीय सहायता लेकर यांगून के लिए रवाना हुए हैं। विदेश मंत्रालय (MEA) के प्रवक्ता रंधीर जायसवाल (Randhir Jaiswal) ने बताया कि इस ऑपरेशन का नाम ‘ब्रह्म’ (Brahma) इसलिए रखा गया क्योंकि यह निर्माण और पुनर्निर्माण का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने कहा, “जब Myanmar सरकार और वहां की जनता को इस आपदा के बाद फिर से खड़ा होने में मदद कर रहे हैं, तो ‘Brahma’ से बेहतर कोई नाम का नहीं है। भारत से पहली राहत फ्लाइट 15 टन राहत सामग्री लेकर सुबह 3 बजे हिंडन एयरबेस (Hindon Airbase) से रवाना हुई और सुबह 8 बजे यांगून पहुंची। 80 विशेषज्ञ बचाव कर्मियों की NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) टीम भी Myanmar भेजी गई। Kolkata में रिजर्व टीम तैयार रखी गई है जिसे जरूरत पड़ने पर भेजा जाएगा। MEA प्रवक्ता रंधीर जायसवाल ने कहा कि भारत हमेशा First Responder की भूमिका निभाता रहा है। Myanmar में जब Cyclone Yagi आया था, तब भी भारत ने राहत अभियान चलाया था। विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया कि Operation Brahma के तहत उत्तर प्रदेश (UP) के आगरा से 118 सदस्यों वाला Field Hospital म्यांमार जाएगा। भारतीय नौसेना के दो जहाज Myanmar भेज दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा आपदा राहत सामग्री के साथ दो और जहाज भेजे जाएंगे।

Myanmar में भूकंप से भारी तबाही

राष्ट्रीय भूकंप विज्ञान केंद्र (National Center for Seismology) के अनुसार, म्यांमार में आए 7.7 तीव्रता के भूकंप (Myanmar Earthquake) ने भारी तबाही मचाई है। 1000 से अधिक मौतें, 1670 घायल, Myanmar की सैन्य सरकार ने जानकारी साझा की। लेकिन Geological Survey का अनुमान है कि मृतकों की संख्या 10,000 पार कर सकती है। Thailand में भी भूकंप का असर दिखाई दिया। Bangkok में एक निर्माणाधीन इमारत धराशायी हो गई जिसमें 8 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 100 से ज्यादा लोगों के दबे होने का अंदेशा है।
Thailand के राजा महा वजिरालोंगकोर्न (Maha Vajiralongkorn) ने भूकंप पीड़ितों के प्रति गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त की है। CNN की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, उन्होंने कहा कि सभी घायलों का इलाज ‘Royal Patronage’ के तहत किया जाएगा।

In an effort to promptly address public grievances and issues highlighted through various media platforms, the Government of Maharashtra has issued an important circular today. Through this circular, the government aims to enhance its operational efficiency by taking cognizance of significant news related to governance and providing better services to citizens, as informed by Principal Secretary and Director General of Information and Public Relations, Mr. Brijesh Singh.
On Friday, a government resolution (GR) was issued and it stated that the Directorate General of Information and Public Relations (DGIPR) will identify and address factually incorrect news in print, electronic, and digital media.

A very shocking incident has come to light from Karnataka’s Belagavi district. An older couple from Beedi village died by suicide after being defrauded of over ₹50 lakh. The cybercriminals posed as officials from the Delhi Crime Branch and the telecom department. The couple, identified as DS Nazareth (82) and his wife Flaviana (79), reportedly fell victim to these fraudsters.

What happened?

The couple left behind a suicide note. Nazareth, in the note said the scam began when he received a call from a man named Sumit Birra. The man on the call claimed to be a telecom department official. Nazareth further wrote, Birra falsely informed that a SIM card in his name was being misused for illegal activities.
What followed was even worse, soon the call was transferred to Anil Yadav. He introduced himself as a Delhi Crime Branch officer. Yadav allegedly pressured Nazareth into disclosing his financial details compelling him and warned of legal action if he failed to meet his demands.

Forced to transfer ₹50 lakh

The couple, being scared of the repercussions, initially transferred ₹5 lakh. However, the fraudsters continued their extortion, demanding more money. The couple was then forced to transfer over ₹50 lakh. However, despite the payments, the threats did not stop, pushing the couple into despair and leading to suicide.

Discovery of the bodies

The neighbours found Flaviana lying lifeless on the bed when the incident came to light on Thursday. Later, Nazareth’s body was discovered in the underground water tank of their home. According to Police reports, Nazareth died by slitting his throat. Injuries were also found on Nazareth’s wrist. Meanwhile, Flaviana is suspected to have consumed poison.

Suicide Note and Investigation

The two-page handwritten suicide note stated that no one should be blamed for their decision. However, it named Sumit Birra and Anil Yadav as the individuals behind the cyber fraud. Nazareth also mentioned he had borrowed money from friends and requested that the loans be repaid by selling his wife’s gold bangles and earrings.
In the note he wrote, “Now I am 82 years old, and my wife is 79. We have no one to support us, We do not want to live at the mercy of anyone, so we have taken this decision.”.
Authorities have seized the suicide note, Nazareth’s mobile phone, and the knife used in the act as part of their investigation. A case of cyber fraud and abetment to suicide has been registered under the IT Act, and efforts are underway to trace the accused and track the bank accounts used in the scam.

Police Statement

Belagavi Superintendent of Police Bhimashankar Guled said, “According to messages accessed from Nazareth’s phone, the cybercriminals asked him to contact the crime branch and he complied. Prima facie, it appears that these ‘crime branch’ people threatened the couple and extorted more money out of them”.
“We have accessed their bank accounts and are still calculating the total amount extorted. This is a serious matter, and a detailed investigation is underway,” said a senior police official from Nandgad.

In response to a social media post warning of potential riots, bombings, and arson during Eid celebrations on March 31 and April 1, 2025, security across Mumbai has been ramped up. The warning, which cited “illegal Rohingya/Bangladeshi/Pakistani infiltrators” as the perpetrators of the alleged attacks, was sent to the Navi Mumbai police and later shared with the Mumbai police.

High Security Alert in the Area

The warning suggested that areas like Dongri, known for their communal sensitivity, could be targeted. Upon receiving this alert from Navi Mumbai police, the Mumbai police immediately escalated their security measures. Increased patrolling and vigilance were implemented across the city, with Mumbai’s Crime Branch, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), and Special Branch involved in heightened surveillance. As of now, no suspicious activity has been reported, but authorities remain on high alert.
The social media post further fueled concerns by suggesting that the attacks would be orchestrated by individuals with connections to neighboring countries. However, the authorities have not confirmed any concrete evidence of this, and the situation remains under investigation.

New Guidelines Introduced for Media Coverage

In an effort to control misinformation, the Maharashtra government has introduced new guidelines to regulate media coverage. These guidelines aim to swiftly address any misleading or false reports that could contribute to unrest. The Directorate General of Information and Public Relations (DGIPR) will monitor print, electronic, and digital platforms, ensuring that corrective measures are taken when necessary.
In a separate development, a Bangladeshi national, Azizul Nizanul Rahman, was arrested in Mumbai for illegally residing in India. Rahman is also under investigation for possible links to the violence that occurred in Nagpur on March 17, 2025. The Crime Branch suspects that Rahman was involved in the unrest following rumors surrounding a religiously sensitive incident. His mobile records are being analysed to confirm his whereabouts during the violence.
As the situation develops, Mumbai’s law enforcement remains vigilant, focusing on maintaining order during Eid celebrations and responding to potential threats swiftly.

महाराष्ट्र सरकार के प्रत्येक विभाग में नोडल अधिकारी की नियुक्त किये जायेंगे। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स पर तुरंत ध्यान दिया जायेगा। ये अधिकारी साप्ताहिक कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट भी सरकार को देंगे। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स पर त्वरित ध्यान देकर शिकायतों का शीघ्र समाधान किया जायेगा। इस पहल से Maharashtra Government सुशासन और सार्वजनिक छवि को मजबूत करेगी। यह परिपत्र पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह प्रशासन की दिशा में उठाया गया एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। इससे मीडिया में प्रकाशित सूचनाओं और खबरों पर ध्यान देकर नागरिकों की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए एक प्रभावी प्रणाली लागू होगी।
